Lenskart.com at Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj

The store in masoodpur is so stinky that it’s almost impossible to stand. This is my second time here and this time the experience is even worse w the smell.

I was feeling totally Uncomfortable with the glasses. Staff helped me n tried to solve the problem.

Timing shows till 9.30pm. But they say they don't have a technician to fix the spects.

This is not accepted from big brands. Piyush you have to look at local management.

I went to the masoodpur Vasant Kunj lenskart store to pick up some lenses, the whole process was so time consuming and annoying! Instead of scanning the products they individually typed out codes for each pair of lenses on their ipad and then when it came to the OTP part, it kept saying invalid OTP when infact it was correct. Had to repeat this process about 10 times for the machine to finally accept the otp. Instead of what should take 2 minutes, it took me 15 minutes.

Worst service ever. No professionalism and organization. Had to wait for an hour and number skipped multiple times despite having an online appointment and informing them just after reaching there. Do not recommend.

Pathetic service. Won't recommend. Despite waiting for almost an hour and having a pre-scheduled appointment, couldn't get my eye checked. Online appointment doesn't mean squat, and they cannot make sure that people are following any particular sequence. Wanted to get this done so could order online from their store. It's better to have your eyewear needs seved at multiple small stores, which are surprisingly more professional and provide a more personalized service than them.

Lenskart rocks. The staff at Masoodpur store is by far the most helpful specially Bashrat, he was particularly very helpful, polite and professional. Overall best experience.

Staff is unprofessional and not cordial
For home delivery it took more than 2 days from the time lenses were ready
Neither the technician nor the reception staff shared the invoice for the order placed

I visited the lenskart store and was very happy to be able to meet moazzam khan who helped me with my problems and i am very grateful for their service.

Store is well maintained by Store Manager, product knowledge is fabulous, Every design of frame & each category of glass is available at this store.

So, I broke my glasses to pieces one day and I was very new to Delhi. I had no choice but visit the nearest store to get me new ones. I visited the store around 11.15 am and to my surprise the testing, choosing frame and lenses lasted about 30 mins only. Special mention and thanks to Ms. Ritu Singh, the optometrist who was very polite, gracious, and welcoming. She cleared my doubts and suggested things and I requested her whether she can prioritize the order so that I can get the glasses at the earliest (I didn't have spare glasses (-3.50 and -4.0 power) and couldn't wear my contacts as well). To my surprise the glasses [single vision] were delivered to me the very next day (24-28 h may be). Overall the experience was good and thanks so much for delivering a quality product at the earliest. Other than that my first impression on the store is that I felt the store was staff shorted since I saw only her attending the customers and the collections were good enough but could have been better. Overall, a good and worthy experience.

I went to lenskart vasant kunj and i was attended by Shailesh Kumar. He is a very polite, excellent person. He knows his job very well. He helped me sort my issue with my specs and also helped me choose another pair for me. Well done Lenskart for hiring such talents. I look forward to visiting ur store again

Awesome experience? I have visited twice. Staffs are very polite. I have spent thousands for my eye checkup but all in vain. A female staff who did an eye checkup was so polite, gentle and humble. I am so happy. I expressed all my problems and she listened to me and make me understand properly?

Worst and pathetic service. The employees there don't know how to attend their customers. We had to wait for a long time and after that also they were busy doing their stuff and did not guide us. We had no option than to visit other store (far better than this one in terms of service) and bought 3 glasses from there. Surely they were judgmental.

They have hired WORST sales personnel here at this location. I am forced to write such a negative review because of my recent experience.

During the last 2 and a half years, I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from this very store. But, this time when I walked in with my mother (who doesn't fall in so called ENGLISH SPEAKING URBAN CLASS), this sales guy outrightly ignored her and never cared to attend her. She was helplessly browsing on her own & was even hesitatant to ask the sales representative because of his rude body language and uncaring attitude.

I can't understand as to why this particular store has hired such people who are GOOD FOR NOTHING but a parasite and are merely surviving on the BRAND NAME of LENSKART!

These kiddos have no idea that it takes time to build reputation to become a brand and at the same time it needs to spend huge money on advertisement to make the prospective customers walk-into the physical stores!

Such sales personnel doesn't know the basic ABCs of Customer Service.

After such a Horrible experience I have no option (as formerly I was only buying from Lenskart) but to get my needs fulfilled at the TITAN EYE PLUS.

Seeing the ongoing scenario of the COVID-19 the environment maintenance is well. I am amazed by the service and looking forward to visit again.

Good Customer Service.
The store is taking all the precaution measures of Covid-19, the staffs are very attentive and of kind and helping nature.
As per my experience, their priority is customer satisfaction.

I order my glasses on 22 Mar.and the delivery date was of 27 Mar, the product had already arrived at the store on 26 Mar, and I got the message on evening around 5: 30 p.m. I went around 8: 45 and reached there at 9: 10 p.m, actually the store closes at 9: 00 p.m so I called them and told that I'm coming to pickup my items and even though it was quite late but the staffs were still waiting for me.
I really appreciate them.

I will surely recommend to visit here once and give it a try.

Horrible customer care and dealing with customers. If you want to see the snobbishness of South Delhi, visit this outlet. They judge you by your dressing and overall presentation and then deal with you accordingly. Just wondering if Lenskart has any review and quality control mechanism for their outlets. If it's there then it is grossly missing for this store. Avoid at all costs.

Pathetic customer service. Not at all customer friendly. The sales guy was not interested in showing the frames as some senior was about to visit and he did not want his just (set/cleaned) shop to het messy! Wow! I would recommend online shoping as better deals more customer centric approach! Would never recommend this shop. Go online!

Pathetic service the ophthalmologist told me my left eye is weak and when I got my eyes diluted my right eye was weak, so I won't suggest u to visit lenskart.

I visited the store to get my specs repaired. I am very happy with the staff and service. They didn't even charge me anything and did my eye test also. Very happy and satisfied with my visit.

Well trained staff and the environment is good at the present scenario of covid. Jst went fr the eye test the optometrist was awesome in doing the test

I reached the outlet at 10: 15, but the guy named Zakir said it will open at 11: 00, I didn’t have much time to wait. If it opens at 11: 00hrs then you should change your time in your site either. High disappointed by the service and staff.

Poor customer service. The representatives must be trained upon attending to customers on a first come first serve basis. I had to wait for 20 mins to barely get my eye-tested. I saw the representatives attend to customers who came after me. What kind of a service is this. I have visited Lenskart in Malvya nagar too, and their service has been far superior than here.

Had a great experince could not take anything but the lady offer me a eye testing and had checked was awesome.

Very bad! Commited to deliver specs in 4-5 days. But when it was not ready after 6 days then they told me that as per rules delivery is done in 7days.

Horrible experience. There are just two people working at this store, one who is a man spent considerable amount of time just randomly chatting with a customer even though there were many people waiting to be assisted. Wouldn't recommend going to this lens kart to anyone.

Worst outlet. I have registered a complain for optical device defect that I purchased from them in July 2919 and I was assured a call back from the outlet staff within 72 hours. It’s almost a week past and no update from their end. At the time of purchase, they offered me gold membership card (with additional price) and promised me huge advantages. They just loot the customers for the sake of hitting their business targets.
