Amazing experience with lenscart, git my broken glasses fixed immediately, thanks to Shyam.

The customer service is really good. And they have all the new designs available from the website.

It was very convenient for me to just walk into the store and select whatever eyeglass I want without intervention of any other person. Staff was there though in case you need any assistance. Also the staff was well trained and helping.

Lenskart store has variety of frames to try. Workers are very polite and helpful. I got my order within a day and it was super easy to collect it from the store.

Last month 5 oct 22 i was buy specs from LensKart Mayur vihar branch. And my eyes is burning till now.very bad experience with them. In the branch someone told me that wear this specs for sometime. After that it will be adjust.

I had just visited this store for very 1st time and saw 4 lenskart staff over there but only one of them is doing eye test and after performing eye examination she is only handling customer but other 3 of them are just busy in their own chitchat and even 1 customer had asked other 3 of them to help me choosing some frame but they just ignored her, again I saw that female staff who is earlier doing eye examination she again after finishing eye test of customer, she came to help her. In between of these, I listened her name it's Manisha Sah (i.e. The helpful and supportive Girl).

I was confused while selecting specs at lenskart but akansha assisted well in mayur vihar branch that helped me making good decision finally

Worst post purchase service. The store staff doesn’t respond positively and pay no attention for any wear and tear even if the item is in warranty period. A big no for any future purchase.

Most disgusting service I get from any store in my life I gave the my specs to change lenses n they just asked me to come next day and till day they are doing the same I want this store to be closed or just to change their employees

My appointment was scheduled at 1: 30PM to 2: 00PM for eye test. I reached there at 1: 30 PM sharp. One of the person was busy in handling other customer and one at the desk told me that wait for 10-15 min as eye test was already going one. He asked me to select some frames. Meanwhile another customer came in and she went in for the eye test. When I asked him how much time it will take he said that it will take few more minutes as they have to test the eyes of the customer whom one of the person was showing frames. I was short of time so I have to return. My point is that I should have been called when the tester got free instead of taking in some other person who came after me.

Staff does not have any ethical behaviour for staff, if you want any cooperation from them, they refused to the same.

I would like to thanks Mr. Akhil Singh Bisht for everything since the time I enter the optical till the time I leave from that place. Being a professional it is not easy to handle a customer who is rude towards the staff but still I notice every staff at the outlet but I really appreciate Mr. Akhil for his calmed n smiling face towards the rude customer. I wish him a very good luck n best future in Ur life

I am fan of lenskart, and m a loyal customer since 6 years but its sad to tell the shopping experience is much much better online than this store.
The staff shows no interest in selling their products.they r least bothered, a local eyewear shop vendor is more enthusiastic than them. Plus u never get a time slot for eye testing even after registering twice with them.never gonna step in that store again.

Visited on 25th July 2021. Eye testing machine is giving absurd results. My father who has a previous glass of -1.75 and can see almost everything without glasses was told a reading of -6 by Lenskart Mayur Vihar, Delhi. The fault of eye testing machine was accepted by the sales representative. I urge not to visit the store for eye check up and then buying glasses. Imagine of this is the result of the testing machine, how will they make correct glasses.

I bought pair of glasses from mayur vihar lenskart.
Staff is very helpful and cooperative they handled my mom very patiently we almost spend 2 hours there. They are very soft spoken and calm.covid safety also very nicely handled by their manager.
Must visit this store.

Behavior of the store manager Mr Narender yadav is so friendly & he have complete knowledge about the product

Here you get free Eye checkup. You will get lots of design of frame. There is discount option also available if you buy more than 1 glasses.

They have plenty of frames but personally I think they don't have great great quality because of my experience and also their variety is not much.
