I am an existing customer of Lenskart and every 6 month I visit Lenskart as I am big fan of their sunglass collection.and most of the store manager and staff know me very well but it was my first visit in Narayana branch as I wanted to buy the spectacles for me and my wife as well. I found excellent ambience of the store and staff behaviour and support was up to mark.
I was little confus about the lens but the store manager helped me and aducate me about the lens and also told me what is importance of the lens to keep the eyes healthy.
I must say thank you so much to team Lenskart.

I have visited this place in April and I really like the way their staff treated me. They all are very polite and try to solve all the queries quickly. The ambience is also very good and have good quality spacks. I really like to visit here again in future.

Pathetic service.the salesman was rude pathetic and didnot know how to treat a customer. He was not explaining things properly and when asked to clarify he simply asked to leave the shop and buy from somewhere else. Never coming back to this showroom will not suggest anyone to come here too.

Fake galvanisation of products, please do read terms and conditions before visiting their store as they will increase the price in other forms.

I had worst experience with the shop, Shopkeepers committed to provide spectacles within 3 days but they did't able till 5 days and i had journey to home town (Kolkata) after 5 days they "did't courier or refund my money".

Very poor behaviour of senior sales executive who behaved like managers in Government department behaves. So rude and non professional attitude.

Wanted a Titanium Frame but the two gentlemen were extremely busy on their phone calls. They could not even attend for 10 secs.

Customer service is not satisfactory. Whenever I try to contact them, they are unable to give the status of my order. Now they are not picking my phone. There is an inordinate delay in execution of order. Not expected this treatment from lenskart for a gold member.

Very bad service. They test my eyesite and given number very high as per last comparison. I shocked and order a new pair of contact lenses which is cylindrical number. For making money they given you cylindrical number. I got 6 pairs of contact lenses which is very poor in I purchase the contact lenses from my local optician very good in quality and no one is listening in lenskart. Their are no option in lenskart app for complaint or feedbacks. Very disappointed. Never purchase from lena kary and suggest you the same.
