first when i went there everyone just minding there business no one really care to even go and start conversations with customer

still i spend 15-20 looking at random frame, still no one to help
and when i asked abt black round frame they only show me one pair that too was rectangular

was fed with experience i directly went to titan eye +, great service, got my lenses made within one day

lenscard treat ur customers well, they are not stupid

Pathetic service by staff.i have ordered my lens on sunday.which usually a matter of 2 days.but didnt get delivry till nxt friday and then they cancelled the ordered bcoz they suppose to give me cashback.

Worst customer services by the staff. Especially the unprofessional attitude shown bysales executive Mr Sachin Sharma. He lied about the process, kept of giving wrong information & eventually wasted my time twice at the store. He made the entire experience a nightmare of shopping with Lenskart.

Terrible place to be. The staff is horrible. Visited this place in 2017 and they had messed up my spectacles. It took them one month and multiple visits to deliver. I visited again recently in 2022 and guess what? It is still the same. I should not have! The staff does not care to attend and they have minimal options. I kept on waiting for someone to assist but they are so full of attitude. Won't ever visit any lenskart again!

The Team is well coperative. Listens and provide a solution. Was in a Rush for my specs as I was about to travel and my old specs was broken. The Store Manager made sure that I get my specs before time and he even got that home delivered to me. Price wise it's affordable.

I visited at lenskart old rajender nagar store I saw there staff was very cooperative and they were very active according to covid situation, when I entered the store, they sanitized me and sanitized my specs also am very happy to see this things.

The store has good variety, is hygenic but dont get the eye test done from here. The prescription is faulty, incorrect and you end up with wrong glasses which will do alot of damage to your eyesight.

Lenskart is so good. Got eyes checked and got new frame for me. Pradeep kaushal helped me choose a really good frame for my face shape. Thank you lenskart.

The experience is good here. The store is huge. It is one of the finest place for spectacles. This store has a alot of frames for you can visit this place to have more choices. It offers you a free eye test and you can have your spectacles in just 20 minutes isn't that great and quick. Their buy 1 get one offer on gold membership is quite practical. Their Basic frame is for Rs. 999 which has a complementary lens along with it so the starting price isn't too bad. The behavior of staff is alright. The location of Store is good but there's less parking Infront.

PROBABLY THE WORST OUTLET OF LENSKART IN DELHI! PLEASE REFRAIN! I WENT TO GET GLASSES OF POWER -4.25 AND -4.00! I HAD SETTLED ON THE LENSES SO THAT TWO WOULD COST 1120! THEY CONVINCED ME TO TRY ANTI GLARES AT 2300 FOR TWO! LATER THE GUY WHO WAS BILLING STARTED ASKING FOR 7100 FOR APPARENTLY A FRAME OF EVEN HIGHER INDEX. (He had peeped into my account balance on the mobile banking app. Can you imagine?)

I ASKED HIM TO BILL 2300 AND THE **GREATEST SALESMAN OF INDIA** IDIOTICALLY KEPT INSISTING ON 7100 TILL. I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND LEAVE THE SHOWROOM!

Really disappointed not with Lenskart in general but with this store in particular. The day I went to receive my eyeglasses, I found that my PD values were incorrect. They measured it and said that the corrected lenses/eyeglasses would be provided the very next day on a 'priority basis' which seemed quite fishy. So, when I got my glasses the next day, I realised that they had LIED and had given me the exact same glasses (with incorrect PD values).

Was very impressed with the customer care service done at their Rajendranagar store.special appreciation to mayank n gaurav for having in detailed explained all benefits and drawback.
