The store does not know how to deal if a customer is asking for help. They provided me lenses with the same name but different colours but manager is least bothered about the concern. They asked me to call customer care and customer care is asking to contact store. The store doesnt answer the calls. Poor customer service! I am sure they would and my call if I want to place an order.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.least interested in attending the customer and giving them service. Rather blunt and ready to return the money. Assistance on calls are worst. Unsatisfactory.

Worst store experience ever.visited this outlet with my mother for her spec.waited for almost 15 mins for someone to attend us.asked them twice. 1 staff members were roaming idle.one lady staff was busy in chit chat.finally i moved to nearby titan store and got what i required.
I visited this place last week amazing service a lot of costumer care a lot of precautions thank you for providing this amazing service in this covid situation
Worst experience at this paschim vihar lenskart branch Their staff doesn't deserve job here They gave me original bill just half of invoice When I asked them to give me bill of invoice amount then this guy (with tattoo on his hand) replied SIR BILL KO KYA LAMINATION KARWAKE RKHOGE KYA he also said that we have your original bill of full amount in our system so you can go I asked him to show me that bill in your system then that guy replied with a smile on his face SIR SYSTEM ME MUJHSE OPEN NHI HO RHA H (21 CANON SALUTE TO THIS GUY WHO DESERVE JOB IN BOLLYWOOD OR TV SERIES BECAUSE OF HIS DIALOGE BASED REPLIES TO THE CUSTOMERS) Note - I have no problem with lenskart they gave me best product I have ever had just one suggestion change of requirement policy for a deserve able staff
