The best place to buy the specs and the part is the eye checkup here is way better than any eye clinic I have tested twice the checkup of lenskart was correct

It took half an hour to make payment. Sometime the iPad was an issue or payment was not possible through card. Then I was asked to make payment to other sales representative. He too was having issues, then I finally made the payment by UPI.

One of the best stores of Dwarka. Though Lenskart opened up other stores and I tried all of them but this is the best one in this location and that is due to excellent staff who never misses a chance to provide excellent customer service. Lenskart is the best when it comes to glasses and eye apparels. Now reviewing this particular store. My personal experience was amazing I got 4 glasses at once and I was attended personally and nicely, the staff working here is amazing and very friendly. Got my stuff delivered in 4 days which I think was pretty fast and I loved the after sales experience as well. Don't have any second thoughts go for it.
Poor service. The person there going here and there and was not at all listening to the customers. I waited there for around 5 minutes. But he was very busy in doing hither and thither.

Great experience, compared to the Lenskart at Sector 5. I think the person who helped us was named Suman. She was very attentive and patient, and did all the tests and explained everything properly. The store was big and clean.
Gave me john jacob glasses and their highest quality blue light block lenses, I complained that they gave me headache, went back asked me to try it on for a few weeks for ADJUSTMENT, went back again after a few weeks, very reluctant to change my glasses.made me go out and get the glasses I was using which fit me right to compare.compared their glasses and said no fault. I told them they need to chnage else id go to consumer court.value of glasses around 3k. Replaced on the third visit.used it today again same bad glasses give me a headache withing few hours of wearing.when I wear my titan glasses.lowest range in titan no blue correction etc.they are just fine. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
This is not particularly about this store, but about the Lenskart company.
I scheduled a visit to my house using their website. The person who came to my house, didn't had the specs I choose online, and had a very limited variety. I still managed to choose two specs, out of which one was not available when he checked online. I then choose another spectacle, and paid for my order.
Four days later, when the specs were delivered, one of them was completely out of shape. I went to the local Lenskart shop, and they straightened it a bit, and told me they can't bend it more, because the bridge was faulty. I raised a complaint, and they told me the person will be visiting the next day. On third day I got a call that I just got your issue, and I can come the next day. On the next day, he called me late in the evening when I was not at home. At last I went to a local shop, got it repaired for free, and he literally took 5 seconds to repair it. And he had much more variety at a reasonable price, then the Lenskart shop I visited.
Lenskart has no variety, no after sales service. Don't waste your money and time.
