A five star rating for the most loved store of lenskart. I bought 2 pairs past 2 years picked up by Rinku Rathee, i suggest ask him he'll definitely tell you what suits you better.
Besides him there's a lady she is helpful too.
The staff is friendly and you need not be in a hurry to choose your eye's life partners.
My nearest store is uttam nagar, but i still go their because of the staff.

I had been a regular customer to lenskart in chennai and Lajpat Nagar Delhi. Visited thrice for different requirements at lenskart, Vikaspuri. Worst kind of customer care here. No proper information to customer, made us wait for almost half an hour for eye test to change lens. Staff were not coordinating within themselves and wasting customers time unnecessarily. Concerned staff may kindly change their behaviour towards regular customers irrespective of what they intend to buy.

Pathetic service. Staff members were constantly changing statements regarding the frame price. Tried to sell me the frame at exorbitant price.

MR. SHIVAM AT THE STORE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL PERSON. HE SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN 5 MINUTES WHICH I COULD NOT DO ON WHATS UP. I WISH HIM SUCCESD.

I always love to shop sunglasses and doctor recommended eyewear from here only - Lenskart & they provide World class service and their focus is to always fulfill the customer needs. Now you don't even have to wait and stand in que but still they follow all the precautions and guidelines to prevent COVID-19

Third class service of this lenskart vikaspuri store. I have placed my order 08/10/19. Till date not received my order or refund my money. My product is not delivered due to technical reason. If you asked questions to store manager (OM) or area manager (RAHUL) my product is not delivered on time answer come from store manager or area manager this is your fault you visited the store I have no idea's other store but this store experience is very bad so plz don't visit the store and also very bad experience with store manager and Area manager

I visited the store with my brother couple of months ago but I did not buy anything however, my interaction with Mr Om at this store was amazing. He never showed that he is selling specs but building trust factor with the customer which is almost gone these days. Everybody wants to sell their product & have forgot how to win trust of the customers. And this gentleman was so nice hence I visited the store again & this time I bought specs for myself but it was unfortunate that specs did not fit on me & I had to return the same. And again Om was Outstanding with his services & commitment towards his customers.the whole process of return & refund was so smooth & this gentleman has won customer for lens kart for life. LENSKART I can confidently say that you have GEM employee in your store never ever think of loosing him from your company as that would be your BIG LOSS.

Pathetic experience. I had gone to get my daughters glasses changed and was told that a coupon will be called to get 50% off as the lenses were getting changed within 1 month. Later after a week, the salesman Mr Om said “agar discount chaiye toh wait karna padega”
Guys, we are pating and getting services from lenskart. How will i come to know of the discount till someone tells me about it?
Highly not recommended.
