Nice and friendly staff, Ayush was very nice, helpful and guided me throughout, thankyou lenskart.

I visited the shop on 10th of March. They told me that the product will be delivered at my location within 3 days. It is 18th today and I have received only one product. The other one is still missing. Called a number of times to the CSE (Customer service executive) still it is not yet resolved. Very poor service.

I buy my glasses from lenskart only. Nice collection. Also the service is good. The assistant tatheer Fatima was so helpful. Fully satisfied.

Staff are not clear about the process, they are fighting among themselves. Wasting time of customers.

Very bad experience. Gold membership is biggest scam. Not at customer friendly.
Also people in store are very rude.it seems like they are doing a favour by selling you pieces.

Great experience with miss Rubesh she did my eye checkup and and suggest me the best lenses now I am very comfortable with power and product is very comfortable previously I was feeling irritation and burning in my eyes but now it's very comfortable.miss Rubesh was reallyexcellent in her work. i had a very good experience in eye testing and the product too she was very calm while doing eye test and support while choosing frame and product knowledge. My eye-test done by optometrist SAkSHee, ShE is very skilled, humble and a kind human being. Awesome experience to visit lenskart i have visited first time and had best experience with service.

I am an old customer of lenskart. In this store, I ordered two glasses and took 2 years membership. Got good deals. Staff are very polite and cooperative. You can also get free eye check up and they do it very well with proper machines.u can trust the results and be sure about it. Home delivery option is also provided.

A wonderful outlet with a great collection of eyewear and accessories. Here I would like to specially mention Ravi Mishra, the manager of the outlet. He not only helped me with choosing the right eyewear but gave me a great discount as well. He is polite and knowledgeable with great interpersonal skills. I wish him the very best.

Amazing quality of lens and frames. If you don't know which type to buy, just go to the store and leave the rest to their staff. Great experience would always love to but from here.

Worst experience ever. Delivery of my product was promised but couldn't get it. I spent 1.5 hours in the store and all of my efforts are now wasted.

Supportive, attentive, well behaved and at good location can be spotted from a distance little crowded in evening well maintained.good range of collection to select from and a number of staff to assist you, eye checkup is also available and that to free of cost.

Very poor service and I specially told them that I had a time limit and they promised to deliver the product in that particular time. But after 4 days they said we haven't processed the request. So we won't be able to provide the frame and lense on time. I had two orders and I had to cancel it. Very bad service. I would suggest don't buy from Malviya Nagar store. Go and buy from any other store. The attitude of sales man was so casual about not providing the product on time.

It was a Good Experience. The staff is quite accomodative and friendly. Also there is a decent variety of Glasses (both conventional and Sunglasses) at a nominal price.
