It felt great to return to Leo's after four years. I was a regular here during my stay in Delhi from 2018-2020, and loved the pizzas here each and every time.
I want to be clear about the fact that the pizzas here are literally the best I've had in the country. Its taste and appearance are literally a class apart.
My order for this recent visit consisted of 1 Pesto Chicken pizza, along with a virgin mojito and a tiramisu. I don't think I'll have to comment on the outcome after all that I've mentioned before, I was simply on cloud 9.
The flavour was off – it was too sour and no other flavour could be tasted. And the texture of the pizza was very rubbery. The service was so poor that I didn't stay for drinks either.
They do have limited Italian options on the menu but they do have a good variety of pizzas. The pizzas and the dessert tiramisu were great. The ambiance of the restaurant is great.
If you want to have a great pizza, then head over to Leo's. If you don't know what a pizza should be, go for the fast food chains. Best Pizza, great service and great attention to detail on the flavour.
I just loved the experience the staff os really good. The ambience is top notch. It's an expensive restaurant but the taste was great. Proper italian restaurant the food was super fresh. I tried their garlic bread, burata pesto pizza and classic vegitarian all things were super yum, fresh and with thin crust.
Worst pizza one can ever make! I don't understand why there is so much hype about it, the pizza base was soggy, cheese was not upto the mark, it was bitter in taste. Not at all worth it! It literally feels like I wasted my time and money in the worst pizza! Even the cold coffee wasn't good! We can make way better cold coffee ourself as compared to this! Domino's pizza is way better. If you want to ruin your taste buds and waste your money, I would definitely recommend this. Please go there at your own risk!
The Pizza base: - was light and fluffy so one star for it The sauce: - was too watery so it made pizza soggy The cheese: - Too much hyped nothing special about it, I had tasted 3 of there pizza and had to use tobasco sauce with it as the overall pizza was bland. The smoke: - No smoking effect at all on the Pizza so what is the hype about wood fire oven? Wait time: - Had to wait for more then 30 minutes Service: - Did not even bothered to offer water but charged 10% as service charge which they should be ashamed off. So overall hyped place by youtubers nothing great about it.
Hands down one of the best pizzerias in Delhi. The place has a warm and inviting ambience. The service is a little slow and you might have to ask the servers few times for your order. Nonetheless, the quality of the pizzas offered makes up for this small hindrance. Would love to go here again!
I love good pizza and believe Leo's serve some of the best "specialty" pizza, if there exists something like that. If you're used to pizzas from Dominos & Pizza Hut, then, Leo's might be a "different" experience but you would definitely fall in love with the taste and the flavours of it once you understand what good pizza is all about.
They serve a variety of different pizzas and you can even customzie it with your choice of toppings. Yes, it is pretty expensive but then again, artisnal food has never been about "value for your buck" now, is it?
The waiters don’t remember the order or if the order was served or not; the bill had things which weren’t consumed; the pizza was awful; the cheeze was stale; the base was dripping at the centre and too hard on the sides; the garlic bread was too fatty; the rosé was too less
Pizza is too overpriced and tasteless. Buffalo mozzarella cheese is literally like rubber. They charge 105 rs + additional 18% gst on a coke can worth 35 rs, this shows they have no ethics when it comes to business. Clearly looting ppl. Obviously someone would buy a drink if they go out to eat so keep it at a reasonable price. The place is not even instagramable so why so much price? For all this reasons I gave 1 star and one star goes to the staff, they were soo polite and provided quick service. Not recommend this place. Not worth the hype. Highly dissatisfied customer.
The staff was inattentive, got the billing & orders placement wrong. The place is usually smooth running if the owner is around. Otherwise, they mess up the quality of the food and then the billing. Overstaffed!
Classic Pepperoni is amazing! Service lacked a bit as there was problem in the air-conditioning and tissues were not on the table had to ask for them. Bill was not given in a proper manner. These small things matter for a place this expensive.
I have never been to NAPLES or ROME to compare this to, but this was the best pizza I've ever had. They have raised the bar too high for me to even try dominoes or anything else. Loved it!
Loved it! Had the El Diavolo pizza and rose wine. Bread is soft and yummy in itself. Despite being loaded with cheese and meat, the pizza did not feel heavy on the stomach at all. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!
Such a spoilt experience because of one person, Amol, who made it awful. He got into arguments with lot of guests in front of us. Not trained to handle stress positively. Worst person to be at the reception.
Come here for authentic Italian pizzas. A word of caution though, they might feel a bit bland to the Indian palette. But if you're not one of them, this might easily be the best pizza place in town. Keep in mind, the pizzas is sizeable, easily satisfying two people each.
I received a frozen pizza after 1.5 hours of placing order and prepaying 100 rs extra for delivery from Leo's today! It was so embarrassing to serve this pizza to family members especially after I had raised their hopes on a Leo pizza. The paper beneath the pizza was also stuck to it as it had become so cold. I had to call up the restaurant 4-5 times to check on my order especially when I had requested early delivery. Terrible experience- please think before getting your pizza delivered from Leo. Hope the staff was more kind on the phone.
They won't give you ketchup whatsoever. Otherwise the pizza is okay. The good part is oil served with the pizza as a dressing. I wish they had ketchup. #India
It was great experience because one of my beautiful friends took me there for throwing party to be honest it was first time when I’ve been here and we had orders a pizza with 2 thumbs up? It was delicious more than dominos n Pizza Hut, I tell you pizza base was so thin n crisp, one of the most important things which I like that’s the way they make in huge oven with flame. I would love to go again.
Pizza was just okay to be honest. Toppings would just slide down when you lift a slice. Thing that bothered me the most was their billing tactics. They would add some random items to make net pay higher. (Coke, Salad, whatever). So pay attention and ask. And the cherry on top. 10% service charge everytime. Like we're not paying enough.
Awesome pizzas. I tried quadro formaggi & pesto chicken. Juicy & great taste with nice ambience. Easy to reach. Far far better then other pizza chains.
The ambience was nice, service staff very polite. However, a wood oven pizza was delivered on our table upstairs in less than 5 minutes. Must be a Guinness Book of Records' record time for a pizza to be baked and reach our table from the time of order! Little wonder then, it was not piping hot. Also, vegetarian pizza had few veggies besides some olives & jalapenos! And billing displayed curious case of double taxation on beer (CGST+SGST+VAT). Can tax authorities clarify once and for all which taxes apply on alcohol? GST or VAT? Lastly the restaurant seems to have forgotten that service charge is optional (not that one would not have tipped the staff, but it is a question of freedom of choice)
A must go place pizza lovers! With their assortment of chilli oils on each table to pour over pizza adds so much flavour. You can see how authentic is their pizza by the live kitchen and furnace for a delectable margarita pizza!
Incase you feel like eating a good pizza, this is the place. We visited this remarkable place for lunch. Parma melon salad and the classic pepperoni pizza was what we ordered. Both dishes were made just right. And we washed them down with a glass of fresh lime and lemon ice tea. The staff and the ambience were awesome. Thank you, will visit again soon.
It was the best pizza I had in delhi till date, cooked in a traditional oven which is visible from any angle of the restaurant gives which looks good and gives authentic feel of it, I feel one pizza is enough for two, we ordered two pizza and couldn't finish all, services are also good and quick, my only advice don't order coffe caramel or something like that it's baddd! Don't remember the name exactly though sorry peps. I sure you all will love the pizza.
Great food, great ambience, courteous staff and superb food quality. The pizzas are really excellent and are prepared in their wood fired ovens which brings excellent taste. The bread is so light and gives a nice kick to the pizzas. You can have an entire pizza and still feel light and not bloated. The outlet is a tiny cozy setup perfect for couples or a bunch of friends. Their focaccia is quite similar to a butter garlic naan. "Bas sath me uske achaar aur chai mil jaaye toh maa kasam murthal ke paranthe fail"
Overall, a great place for people who love italian food. I would love to try the rest of the things from their menu someday. Cheers:)
The tomato paste made the base very soggy and difficult to eat. Earlier never had an issue with their pizza. Last visit was shocking: (the focaccia was excellent.
The Pizzas are from Italy literally.their ingredients are very good quality, Even their pizza oven is from Italy. Sicily. The tastiest Pizza in the town.tip: Their Buratta salad is also great.the rocket leaves quantity is a little less.but a must try before the hot Pizza
Ambience of this cafe is really nice, you can bring your pets to this cafe, but quality of food is not that amazing, types of Pizza which they offer are quite ordinary.
