Their diet chart are very easy to follow & you see the results immediately. You can feel your digestive system is improving. They are very polite and helpful. And they are always present to help us anytime.

I was very sceptical to join a diet plan. But I think I have made the right decision. These people are soo cooperative, helpful and understanding. They give me soo many tasty and healthy options to eat. Never asked me to eat which I didn’t find tasty. Would highly highly recommend them.

Hello friends, I would like to share a positive review with you all. I have been following kavita's diet not knowingly how much would it give me the result.
My weight got stuck at 68kgs. After following her tips I came down to 60kgs in 2-3 months.
She would not ask you to do dieting, rather she gave many options to eat. This is what I like about her.
I would definitely recommend her to everyone who wants to be fit and live healthy.

Sharing my journey with let’s live long.
They only don’t make you lose weight but also change you’re lifestyle
I was 69kgs after pregnancy and I almost gave up 3 years back that I won’t be able to lose weight
I was doing workout too but there wasn’t any good result
But then I started my daily diet with them
And I couldn’t believe they made me lose 5kgs in a month with 80% diet and 20% workout that too only one hour walk
They did wonders to my health and lifestyle.

If you really want to stay fit and healthy life long you must connect with them for daily diet for minimum 3 months.

For me, first thought of diet was always associated with empty stomach and hunger pangs. However let’s live long really changed this. I, infact, was told to eat so much that I never felt hungry or out of energy. And the best part was couple of diets also included pastas and other fancy yet healthy stuff. Would love to recommend them to everyone!
