Fantastic service from everyone at Levin Tom Properties. Levin has done so much to help us not only find a home, but also to find places to supply our furnishing needs. He is never to busy to help and always happy to assist. Levin has made our move here a great experience.

Very Professional. Only suggested and showed properties to meet our specs and location. Also suggested we look at an apartment outside of our selected (and comfort) area. Guess what - this was the one! Well done!

Moving in to New Delhi is an exciting experience for us, first trip to India!
Coming from San Francisco, CA, we decided not to expect too much, for we know this is going to be a different challenge for us, especially finding a place to rent.
My husband's office had made business arrangements already with this agency before, and were satisfied with the services. Levin Tom Properties, started sending us addresses, with pictures and other informations to us, even three months before our departure, corresponding to our budget limit. These made moving a lot easier and relaxing and exciting!
When we arrived in Delhi, we were picked up from our hotel, personally by Mr. Levin, to visit many of these residences we were interested to see. All the places, both from our correspondences and newly available ones, were arranged as scheduled so there was no wasted time from both parties.
I liked the fact that we were accompanied personally by Tom, who was very articulate, polite.same as his other colleagues who accompanied us during all the days of searching. Office personnel are friendly, great hospitality. They made our house-search more relaxing and fun, they became like a family. Services and assistance were extended till we were IN the house, wifi connections, cable, curtains.they gave us many options to choose from!
