They are cheaters, they laid down a plot to persude us to buy their product by offering us discount on credit card for the scheme already closed but they pretend the scheme is still open and u wouod get the cash back. We never recieved any cash back. That cost us Rs. 2500

Worst dealer I have even seen. While selling they will say they are always with you for anything. After sales our product did'nt work for a week. No support from Dealer. Employees misbehaved and bluntly said "Jo Karna Hai Kar Lo". LG Customer care is pathetic. They are big cheaters.

Worst dealer arrogant behaviour and bad products. The product stopped working within a week. The replaced product also stopped working next day. Still fighting at different levels. No support from dealer.

You get the best price. Whether you go to Reliance Digital or Croma or else where. No one other then LG Shoppe can give you such price, discount and cash back.

Very rude behavior. Don't ever use their service. Their customer service lady is very arrogant. Avoid this place.

Never going to visit this store again. Phones are not reachable. Dealer is misrepresenting and given false information on EMI schemes. Does not deserve even one star

If I could give zero star then i would have done that. They delivered defective lg side by side door refrigerator. Didn't send proper delivery personnel, who didn't take any care while delivering the product. After great efforts the defective product was replaced with even greater defects. Hopeless service. Never buy any product from this dealer.

Please don't purchase any lg product from here. This sardar is looters. I purchased and he delivered defaulted product to me. After purchase he never pickup my phone
