Trying to contact so many times but no body take a call now in this situation what we do? So brief your team if any body calling on land line no so may be he is in trouble regarding loan query

Even their own Customer Relation Officer is not aware that Cheque for Pre Payment are not accepted at this Branch.
Spent time and conveyance expenses, visited there, after that diverted to Janak Puri Branch.

Website not working, App not working.
Phone no.switched off.
Staff not picking their mobile phones the number of which they gave themselves.
Indeed it deserves not even one star.

Went there to collect Interest Statement.for my loan Account. The Staff were cooperative and Helpful

Staff is co operative. Solved my problem within 2 hours.
I must add that not all the persons are good here. But the person sitting on the second counter on the left hand side is very good young man.

Nobody listen customer problem in lic hfl.
My bad experience with lic hfl.
No one takes loan from lic hfl.

This branch has not cheque or cash collection counter.
