Even if someone offers a home loan without any documents, never opt for a home loan from LIC HFL, very bad service. Truly unprofessional, staff never responds to your mails or phone calls. I had cleared paying my home loan, now waiting for the release of documents. Who will pay for the agony I’m going through. Even after clearing the loan, they are still holding my documents. While trying to contact, nobody responds. LICHFL is unprofessional please be careful while taking loan from LIC HFL. The staffs in this branch are absolutely ruthless and worthless.

They are least interested in customer support. I paid all dues on 9th August. Document returned on 7th Oct, over due refund of RS 16000/- still pending even after several reminders.

No body is giving response.i just needed information about my loan.actually i summited my LIC bond during process of loan.now this bond policy completed.so i need by bond from LIC Financing house.to claim our matures Lic.pls help no body is answering over phone.very non supportive staff in this branch. I also write mail many times but no response.

So much rush and conjusted area and there is no precaution taken in the office or outside office

Total non responsive staff as well as supervising staff. It seems they have no commen knowledge and want to harrass borrowers and customers.

LICHF is the cheater agency. RBI reduced the rate of int.three- four months back. But LICHF never apply on existing customers. Faridabad branch people never pick up phones. All banks already done that. Ridiculous

इतना erogant, noncoprative staff नहीं देखा specially Asst Manager Mr Alam and branch manager doesn't know how to serve customers service कभी Loan मत लेना.

Pla dont take loan from lichfl. They are cheater. Non cooperative staff. No proper communication with customer.worst experience with lichfl. Pls don't go with lichfl otherwise you will suffer from financial and mental loss also.

My Experience for release of documents:
1. Take token from Help desk.
2. Service started at 10: 30 Hrs.
3. Total 3 counters running in parallel, later 2 only.
4. Per customer average time is 30-45 Mins.
5. My was 5th, got paper by 12 noon.

Excellent staff. Minimum waiting time if you arrive early at 10: 00am. Road is crowded but parking is available.

The place is easily accessible from Chawri Bazar Metro station. The building/office is well maintained, with clean surroundings. If you are going for document release, read the checklist carefully and be ready to produce all the required documents, as no workarounds will be entertained; which actually makes sense too. Most of the staff is well behaved and works in very organized professional way. Of course, you cannot compare it with the culture of a private office of this magnitude, but overall the experience is good. Most of the reviews here would scare you and make you worried what to expect in terms of behavior and efficiency of staff, but if you have done your homework, no need to worry.

Near Chawri Bazar metro station. Reach early to complete your work first. Don't forget to take token from reception.

If you are coming for document collection. Bring the chaque/DD clearance certificate must.

Pathetic service. Typical govt babu service. No one pick up the call. Never respond to customer properly.

Its regional Head office. So all tasks for loan can be done including getting answer to queries.

Useless employee, most of them behaves like Government Employee. They come late to office and very slow in process. Rejects form for a simple mistake. Highly unprofessional environment of LICHFL. One of tht office employee Diwan Singh - most irritation person.

Good company but poor service.a lot of waiting and still not sure your work will be done in given time.

When you reach the place, it's pretty confusing as there are two buildings across the road which have LIC offices. When you are facing the buildings, take the right side one. That's the Laxmi insurance building.

Highly dissatisfied, seems as if they dont even understand the meanjng of customer service. They are still like the way banks traditionally used to be 20 years back.
