Pathetic customer service - never responded over the phone no. Given. LIC name getting affected by this careless behaviour at office. People loosing trust because of this irresponsible attitude. Avoid stains on this so called reputed Financial institution.
POOR POOR service I urge people not to take loan from LIC staff is absolutely incompetent & they dont take any responsibility or accountability, lengthy timeless numerous formality. Mrs. Sangeeta Arora, Mrs. Divya Arora both are very lazy & incompetent staff in LICHFL my all documents suffered badly results loan suffered badly with high interest rate and subsidy not initiating by such staff of this branch. Mr. Vikas Gupta, Branch support for such job.

Most of the staff's are highly irresponsible and insensitive. They have wasted my 15 days. Most frustrating experience of my life. My loan was sanctioned when I have 15 times visited the office. Even Area Manager response is also like an LIC agent.
None of the persons pick landline phone, these are ruining the institution like bsnl and mtnl, sooner they shall shutdown institution and shall blame, govt and none shall admit his negligence and contrition to institution.
