It was an ordinary bank experience. Not that much customer friendly. Maximum help one can get is in the initial period of loan application. Once you apply, you become less important for them.

They deal with customers rudely, and I applied for Foreclosure letter 29 days ago and in 29 days i came in this office around 10 times, but i didn't get the foreclosure letter till now.

If any one needs loan from LIC housing finance janakpuri branch contact Mr Amit Sharma he is a man who takes all the pain of the home loan process. It was a nice experience, except the experience in the parking.

Very poor service and also false customer service, officials of this branch even do not responding to emails and calls

Worst service. ROI increases frequently without asking us. After every six months, we are asked to pay 5000+gst to reduce ROI.

1. I have to take all pain
As I did mistake to lend from Lic. At the time of loan people collects documents from door to door
But additional leave from office required to collect original documents, that is not be given at home branch where you applied for loan, you have to go at head office taking a full day leave.never seen such system.every agency help in this. Why documents can not be issued at the branch office from loan has been applied?
Why the people don’t understand the thing?
There is no coordination between the head issuing documents mr. Ajay Agarwal (Laxmi insurance branch) and mr Alok (manager at jail road Delhi) actually no body want to take responsibility.
2. Additional fee rs 2500 is to paid unnecessary for the documents issue

Kncreased the ROI without notification when asked in the office they are not answering and are unable to solve the query they give there numbers but they dont response on it very bad ROI and very Bad service and no proffesional behaviour at all.

Good service.parking is a problem.at prominant location.stairs are narrow.added a waiting room now for customes whic will help maintaing some social distancing.temp.is checked at entry.some times it is crowded.now remains closed on 1 and 3rd Saturday of each month and open on 2 and 4th Saturdays

No one picks up telephone. When they are not responding phone calls how one can expect good services. Deeply regretted. I tried Ramphal chowk branch and Jail road Branch but none responded.

I did not face any problem as the agent was so helpful and kind. He always communicated with me whenever I wanted to.

Go to SBI/PNB/BOI or any public bank but not to LIC housing since they are not bank but non banking finance companies whose only aim is suck the blood of customer in the form of Interest.

They don't respond, charge heavily interest rate (10% when it's 4.4 repo rate), suck people's hard earned money.

Nobody is picking up the call. Don't why they given number.regretting why I took loan from lic hfl Janakpuri

There are multiple issues with branch.
1. They don't pick your call even in their working hour (don't know why they have provided the number).
2. Website they have provided has the number of the respective branch representative whom you can call anytime (note: you can call anytime but they won't pick it).
3. When the repo rate is 4.4% they are charging 9.05% -10%.
4. They say it is floating rate but that rate will go up only it never goes down.
5. Advice to all, go to SBI/PNB/BOI or any public bank but not to LIC housing since they are not bank but non banking finance companies whose only aim is suck the blood of customer in the form of Interest.

Excellent service. Here a person whose name is Amit through him I got my loan. He is excellent, genuine and down to earth person. He help me a lot. I took loan in 2017 but still now amit help me like I am new customer.
Kindly take loan from lic with least/minimum formality.
