I visited this place to collect my documents.
(Note: there are 2 LIC building, you need to follow the same lobby as Hamdard on asaf ali road, not the building infront of Hamdard)
(Note: if you reach early and mentione your name in register than also you need to wait until 10.45 or 11.00, its standard time they start work.)
1. There is no escape to waste your time. Does not matter what time you have been invited
2. Be there at 10.00 am on scheduled date and enter your name in register.
Sr No in register becomes tour token number. If you get late, serial numbers keeps on increasing in register.
3. Sit down. Officers starts to arrive between 10.15 to to 10.30.4. Tea sessions starts for officers. Be calm and practice some yoga seeing tea hawker roaming around and serving officers.
5. Work starts between 10.45 to 11.00 and customers will be called as per sr no.
7. Per customer it takes around 20 minutes to serve, than 5 minutes wait before calling another customer.
8. Based on the number of counters serving customer you can calculate your turnaround tume.
9. Dont understand how LIC is surviving and why people still taking loan from there.
In last 10 years, I could not talk to a single person for any assistance. Moreover, sending a complaint using online portal is also a waste of time. No one contacts you back except the auto reply.

This is a good office they helped me in knowing about my old data but was a bit dissatisfied as they were unable to find out the person who did fraud to me.

Good staffs. Soft spoken, very helping mind staffs. It is located near New Delhi Railway station. Well maintained. Full satisfied their work.

People working in Branch 116 are working sincerely & well behaved.
