Lifeline Hospital, Sec 12-B, Dwarka

I owe Dr. Taneja my life. He saved me when I had a heart attack 16 years ago at the age of 32. He is my first contact whenever I have a health scare. I trust him with my life.

Not sure if this place can be called a hospital or clinic. It is dirty and it stinks.
You suffer both and wait to see the doctor, but even then you have to tolerate the rude and arrogant staff who cant even manage appointment time of patients.

All this diminishes trust on the doctor - no matter what anyone says.

My experience was not that much good. I was entering with my patient and after some time I realise the smell was not good.its very pungent smell nd its tough to take breath at that environment so please do something else, u should think about that.

The doctor does not spend much time listening to the patient, and cuts them off.
Also I got tinnitus from Azithromycin that he prescribed to my experience soured even more.

I want to tell everyone who's planning on seeing this doctor or already seeing this "doctor" that if you really care about health please don't consult him. He will prescribe you the medicines which you don't even need and for the diseases you don't even have. He prescribed medicine and steroids for asthama and for my daughter who just had a seasonal flu.

Please don't visit him as he was formerly associated with AIIMS. Very rude, arrogant and like doc like unprofessional staff in the hospital.

Really poor nursing home revolving around personality of its owner, Dr. Taneja. They seem to be winding down and have rented out most of the premises to Narayana to run coaching classes.

Very Good Hospital treatment is very fast and staff is very well trained Dr. Pankaj Taneja is a experience doctor.my patients is well after treatment in low cast amount. Thnaks Lifeline Team

Highly unprofessional behaviour by Dr. Pankaj Taneja. Simply turned away a 5 year old kids with stiches on head. Didn't even have the courtesy to see the kid forget attending. Simply pushed away from the hospital door itself. It's a big blot on his moral responsibility what he would have sworn-in before starting his practice. Wishing him humanity and empathy towards human life.

My wife has been discharged today, 13th Feb 2019 and referred to another hospital by lifeline hospital but they refused to provide ambulance and asking for payment, if we need ambulance, I have a mediclaim and hospital provide free ambulance for one side, but because I've been discharged, so they are not entertaining now, really pathetic experience.

This Hospital is one of the hopeless. The helping staff/ward boys seems to be controlling the Doctor. Whenever we had gone to meet Dr. Taneja, we found that time clock is maintained by his helpers/ward boys, who don't even allow the patient to talk to Doctor and just like robot pay Rs. 500 for consultation and then start writing medication and the helpers just literally throw you out, except for grabbing the neck, even when the patient or his/her attendant is in the midst of conversation with Doctor. If someone is able to speak to Doctor for more than 2 minutes, he/she should be considered very lucky. Dr. Taneja seems helpless in the hands of his own assistants. On another occasion, my father, aged 80 years, had an emergency and even after being a regular visitor to the hospital for treatment of my mother (who sadly passed away, owing to diagnosis for Cancer/Tumour not detected timely by the Doctor), my father was directed to meet the duty doctor even on emergency (that too, when Dr. Taneja was available attending other outpatients) and that duty doctor knew nothing except scratching his head for writing medication. Ultimately, my father had to be immediately rushed to Rocklands Hospital. Very very poor service in Lifeline hospital, now apparently, Lifeline Clinic!

Dr Pankaj Taneja is God for my family. He gave life to my father who is with us only due to the efforts of Dr Taneja. We will be grateful to him for eternity.
