I bought an air fryer and a smartwatch from here long ago.
My air fryer is still top notch quality and works amazingly and my watch i literally wear it everyday. They have the best products and fast delivery too and they handle ur order with such care.

After sales service is worst, tickets automatically closed even shared all requested details on email

Ticket no: 367158, why did you close it? Replied all the details within Two hours of ticket creation on the same day.

If you don't want to give service then simply reply don't close the ticket without any reason.

Worst customer care service.
I purchased the induction stove from Amazon, and the product stopped working within 10days of purchase.
Lifelong customer care says the invoice is invalid.

Don't make the mistake of buying from this brand Lifelong. As they did not send the key and manual with the product in this order. It has been 2 months since I am trying to get the key from their customer care still they are delaying and giving no response or update. There customer care People are so bad lazy n lying they including their senior executive put my call on hold for 10 after saying he will put my call on hold for 1 minutes n kept doing that long hold again and again n could not even give me any resolution. Please don't buy from them or you will suffer like me. Still trying to waste my time trying to call n I haven't received the key even now. I'm feeling cheated n helpless.

Worst service after you purchase product.
I purchase treadmill from them and after 2 months it gets problem not working anymore.
Now they are not even repairing it and giving same ans everytime that part is not available.

I have a stepper, Foot massager and smart bulbs. Never had a an issue. For the price its a steal
