Pathetic experience, extremely sad billing process.would never set my foot again in Lifestyle

Didn't had a very good experience. Went to the female lingerie section. The staff deployed there is very irritating I must say. I told them the exact size which I wanted. But they kept on insisting me to get the measurements done, get smaller size of clothing etc. I told them multiple times it's not the right fit, kindly give me the lingerie in the size which i have asked for. But they were so damn overconfident and sure about their guess. They gave me 6 items to try out of which, only 1 item was of the correct size which I asked, rest 5 were all small (and earlier told them very politely that do not give me this size it will not fit). And out of 6, only 1 item was of good fit- which was of the actual size (that i told them). Even after selection they kept on insisting to try on smaller size. I don't know what cloth will fit me.they know it really well.was surprised by their knowledge. But at the end none of the clothes given by them fitted welll- NONE. The guy at the billing counter was also bit of unprofessional. I asked for exchange he said lingerie items are not for exchange. I asked what to do when your staff is not ready to listen, I'm asking for a specific size of clothe and they are giving me shorter size again and again. If i doesn't fit, i want replacement. So he folded thee clothe and kept it in front of me. Didn't discuss with his team or any authority if the customer was having any issue. This his highly unprofessional way of dealing! 2 years back I came to this same store and in the lingerie section, same thing happened. At that time I didn't say anything's, just left the clothes in changing room as none of them fitted properly bcs they gave me size of their own choice, not what I have asked form even after 2 years, no change in the services. They irritate the customer to such a point that they have to say something. So irritating! I'm never coming back to this specific store in vegas Mall. Highly Highly disappointed! Again!

Great variety of clothing and cosmetics, but they need to work on the self checkout system. It takes more time in billing than the shopping itself

3rd August'2023 i purchased a pair of Hush Puppies Shoes From Lifestyle Store Vegas Mall and the shoes amount was 3299/- as per salesman he declined there is no offer on shoes no issue i purchased same shoes in same amount 3299/-
but when i reached home and tried same shoes amount on Myntra website they were giving same shoes in just 2400/- rupees.
It means you guys charged 900 rs extra on shoes from next time i will never visit and never recommend anyone for any landmark group store.

Billing staff are not supportive
They don't know the value of time
Unusual behaviour at exchange time.

Huge variety of all kind of fashion wears from apparels, footwear, watches, makeup, perfumes etc.

Great variety for women clothing, cosmetics. Price is moderate. Staff cooperative. Located inside Vegas Mall. Parking is free.

Downgrading the rating to 1. Because there is no more downgrade possible. Reason to downgrade is that yesterday I made some shopping there and today they are calling me to inform that they had sent feedback message and asked me to give 10 rating to the cashier.
Pure Nonsense. This Is Purely Unacceptable. Is your staff behaviour is so rash that you have to request for a good rating?
OR is it mandatory to give rating?

I visited this lifestyle store twice at Vegas mall Dwarka and both the time I had bad experience. I found one of the items I purchased was missing. I thought the staff at the billing counter forgot to put it in my bag at first. But now that it has happened for the 2nd time I think it otherwise. They do it intentionally. It's a kind of cheating.a kind of fraud.

For shopping great place, items available for infants to adults, male and female under one roof, accessories and clothing available of every brand almost

Clothes were little unkempt (suits specifically). You Don't get a bag even if you buy clothes worth thousands.

Nice place to buy clothes, watches, perfumes etc.for ladies and gents of different brands, parking is free in mall parking.

I like this store but don't except extra discount and don't buy lifestyle card not worth full. No discount compare to other.
