Worst services providers in the business… don’t use them at all… website always has bugs and lots and lots of payment failures

Very bad experience.poor product and you literally have to follow up 20 times to get one job done

Pathetic support team no solution you would never get from any one of them, they pass the ball never take the responsibility

LimeTray is an amazing place to work with a very supportive and cooperative team of managers and colleagues, it gives you enormous opportunity to learn and grow.

Those are into Food and Beverages Domain or those who are planning to get into this domain.

Lemme share my experience with Limetray.

1. I have been using Limetray since 4 years product is good but support which we are getting is not proper.

2. We tried to reach out Vertical head over call / whatsapp unfortunately no response.

3. We tried to reach out to Co Founder of the company, he never picks up the call. He is just ignoring calls from clients who are giving business.

4. These guys are very active when renewals is near by and after that no one even pick calls from clients.

5. Beat Limetray is SME or large enterprise there has to be ethics in place, ignoring clients messages /calls definitely raise questions on your sustainability.

Think atleast 10 times before you take services from Limetray.

POOREST SERVICE EVER. NO RESPONSE BY ANY EXECUTIVE. WE HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. SWITCHING THIS POOR SOFTWARE AND SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Pathatic software and top of that disappointing support staff. Without 4-5 reminders they never respond.

They sell their software by mentioned live chat support for quick resolution but whenever you raise any issue to their live support the genric response" Issue is raised to concerned team and we will revert as earliest". Their as earliest will never come untill you remind them the same.

Launching products without testing, which gives restaurant partner hard time at crucial operation hours specially the special days, such as weekend festivals etc.

Made a mistake switching to this software and will never refer to anyone.

Very poor pos on daily basis there are some issues.some or the other dishes goes missing from Zomato or swiggy or sometimes pos stops working.not a good pos at all.there are chepa pos like petpooja are available on the market.

Don't think twice, LimeTray is the best in the business. Just go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Limetray POS is not working and irony is that no one is responding on calls.

I am having worst Experience with Limetray, please think twice before you buy this software.

Its the worst software and it will be a night mare if you buy it and they will never listen to you unless you have to make payment and they will sell their 10 years old product at high cost and they will not update it even after deployment but surely they will promise you to update their software but they dont. Beware from them.

Great set of products to help restaurants do well in the current lockdown. Online ordering and app solutions are a must for restaurants today. Keep up the good work

They do not deliver what they promise.

Our experience with Limetray team has been terrible, awful people to work with. They charge you for higher level product but what you get is a much lower product, sales team sucks. No coordination between the sales team and development team.

We felt cheated while dealing with them, they did not even return our money.

Limetray is a leading company in the food tech space. It has developed excellent software and marketing solutions and is definitely a go to product for anyone looking to automate their workflows. Highly recommended.

I think it's a fraud company, my experience has not only been awful but also felt like dealing with scammers

False advertising and false hopes are the key elements on which the company is working, they charge you for higher level product but what u get in return is below terrible

I used to be their client but because of their worst service i am not their client anymore. Nothing works at all. Like pos billing software, customer feedback and much more.

The POS system has plenty of features to address all kinds of business scenarios. The inventory management tool helps reduce wastage expenses.
Their customer service is friendly, well-informed and proactive - truly the icing on the cake!
