Sadre and his team from Livspace deserves a special mention for their quick response and timely solutions. They were all very professional and eager to help even outside their scope.
However, livspace can still work on their time commitment and coordination.

I had a positive experience working with Livspace and their team. The communication throughout the project was excellent, and they demonstrated a keen understanding of my vision for the space. The creativity and attention to detail were evident in the final design, and the team's professionalism made the process enjoyable. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the vendor selection process. While the options presented were good, a bit more variety could have been beneficial. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and would recommend their services.

We recently got our new house and hired Livspace services for all our woodwork & civil work needs! Harikesh was Project Manager on my project! End result is beautiful, and functional! I will definitely recommend LivSpace to my friends & family to get his interior work.

All the solution and repairs we completed by Dhiranjan Sharma. For the cupboard drawer he was insisting me to accept it as it is as it cannot be repaired. But when I insisted that I need replacement, he himself initiated the work of repair and by doing some wood scrapping he solved the problem. Final solution is not as good as new but is acceptable for now.
Regarding paint issue on wardrobe door, he demonstrated me by cleaning the paint door with colin. Later his superior on phone told me that no chemical were to be used on the door including Colin. I will see how this activity will affect my wardrobe door further. If not, i might consider to keep it as it is.

Overall service and interaction was satisfactory.

It was a wonderful experience with Livspace team. The detailing and clarity was simply amazing.

The centre has good design options on display but the office is located in a crowded place and you may need extra time to figure out parking space for your car if you plan to visit Livspace centre in Okhla. The service is prompt but the charges may be more than market standards.

After using their services one thing I can say in the end quality of products and services were of good quality. Team was good. Esapecially Project Manager chandan Chaudhary. He got the things done. Thanks for that. And also to after sale service.

“I had a great experience designing my house with Live Space! My designer, Samra, Priyanka and Divya, was so sweet and really made sure to understand my style and vision. The initial concept boards were really helpful for this and also for helping me better understand my own vision for the all rooms and drawing rooms. In the end, Samra priyanka and divya put together a perfect design for me-every item she picked out was perfect and she made sure to provide me with all the details about how to lay everything out.
My only minor complaints are that the complete budget ended up being slightly over my budget!

But i hope all the items and materials of wardrobe and Tv unit delivered soon after lock down and my dream home looks same as you shown in 3D.

Overall, I really enjoying using this service and will be recommending it to my friends and family!

That was such a nice place if your are really intrested to design your home by them. They have proper kitchens, living room, bedrooms for demo and good collection of items and ideas acording to your budget.

My experience with live space has been nice till date. I would specially like to mention about the post sale services of it. It is simply superb. Whenever i had any concerns after handover it was solved without any hesitation. Mr Pratham (Operations Manager) who is handling the post sale services for Noida region, is very polite and professional and takes care of the work diligently. I am absolutely satisfied by the post sales service of Livspace.

I had a plan for complete home renovation including kitchen. The order adv.given accordingly based on their budgetary quotation. I was given to an understanding there might by variation +/-5% max. Unfortunately, the final offered price was about 250% of budgetary offer. Then finally I had land on part modular kitchen. The installation work was ok. But after use for few months (5 odd months) the fitting behaviour was observed not up to the mark, specifically soft closing fittings. After long pursue, ther service people visited and was not in agreement of the fittings issue, this left without fixing things to proper shape.

However, today the service personnel visited was very polite and attended all issues very carefully and did best as per his capability. I am satisfied with his work and I'll give him 5 star rating.

Interacting with Livspace team - Sona, Rachna & Mohit was a really good experience.

Team was passionate about knowing what we want to have for our new home. Each aspects of our requirement was noted, they organised regular meet to take us through the various options that can be worked out. Designing phase also included visit to their experience center in Okla
-where they helped us see some of their LIVE designs, quality of products they will be using & helping to conclude the designing phase.
They work as true professionals - out come you get is experience & value for money.

Livspace designers are very professional and courteous, they cater to your requirements and provide good insights on the project and design.

Tanu and Prabhat are working on my project, I did have some concerns and issues but they were very supportive in resolving those. Tanu has good knowledge about and guides you well on the latest trends and they usage. Her never say ‘no’ attitude makes her a great person.

My project is ongoing and the experience so far has been good.

Beautiful service and very fast response time by Vijay and team. The request was not common, they helped retrieving a gold ornament that had gone under the wardrobe. Thanks a lot to the team for the support. Mukesh was the carpenter, he was courteous and very very patient and supportive trying to understand the situation and work the solution out

Livspace has a great team and very responsive throughout the period of work. Our work is stalled at the moment due to COVID but still we get responses from our contact person at livspace, Shubhangi Agarwal, whenever required. She has been very efficient and helpful. Ranbir has also been really helpful in the designing phase. We liked their designs very much and so far the progress of work has been satisfactory. We hope to reach the end of the project as soon as normalcy is restored.

Our design team at livespace comprised of team leader Sidharth, designer Ankit and kitchen designer Aakriti. All of them have done their job efficiently. Ankit brought decent creative designs which made our home beautiful and the best thing is that he is a co-operative and cool person.whenever we were not satisfied with a particular design element he was quick to make neccessary changes required by us.

He is also good in execution planning. If I have to renovate my home or built a new one I would definitely contact this Livespace team.

A month back we connected to livspace for our new house designing. Our first interaction was with their design expert Deepali Gupta she is really very professional. She shared all the details with us with full transparency. Unfortunately when we booked our project with in the week lockdown introduced in India. So as such no work. But I like the way Deepali is continuously in touch with us and she is trying to help us with our designing part.

Livspace designers designed highly illogical kitchens. We are unable to access kitchen storage units designed by Livspace.

When we asked to rectify the flaws in design, Livspace informed that it will not be their responsibility.

Also never go for civil plumbing work with livspace as they will force you to get done many jobs which is not required.

Livspace has taken all payments in advance and work is held up and nobody has turned up to do the job since last many days.

I will strongly recommend to never go for livspace otherwise your dream of sweet home will turn into nightmare.follow ups.dissatisfaction
