Pathetic customer service - never responded over the phone no. Given. LIC name getting affected by this careless behaviour at office. People loosing trust because of this irresponsible attitude. Avoid stains on this so called reputed Financial institution...

Very Poor services. I never recoment to Piramal. I am a new customer who have join piramal housing finance but still i am feeling this is a very bad company.

Very undescipline nature of executives, after customer got trapped they refuse for services, even not take calls or it they will then talk like they can't talk because we are not important to them

Neha from the home loan team is not at all helpful. She always shows her ego, misguide the customers and the way she treat customers is also not acceptable. She make every customer visit branch twice or thrice for the same request. I would say RP Block...

Third Class service of this Branch, Almost Five - six time returned back because of NO-Service

Sorry to say but they have a Very slow service. Been standing in que for 1 hour straight having pain in ankle just to get an adhar card updation since 10am. Security guard is too rude to talk.
