Worst firm (don't join)
I went to this firm for articleship interview.
First of all they tell you to bring your "all original documents".
Secondly, they tell you that they will keep your original documents till you are registered.
Now the scam start, what they do is call you on "self registeration basis" which means you have to get yourself registered under a CA yourself (it means you have to go to a random ca and get yourself registered there as his article but come and work for lodha).
Which means you are working for lodha but on paper you are working for some other ca which means you can't use the name of lodha ever in your life.
Scam 2, they will also keep your original documents (10th 12th marksheet, ca found and inter marksheet etc.)
with them till the last day of your articleship.
If you think its enough no they tell you something which feels more of a nightmare. I.e. "you can't take classes or study during your articleship period except in the last 3 months"
And what reason they give is that you have to work on holidays/Sundays/festivals so you won't get time to study.

The hr is Too Rude.
They tell you to bring your own laptop.

Don't work here coz they are not good.
One of my friend is an article there currently and is suffering a lot.
He didn't took these seriously and said that these are rules are just a formality but after a month he wanted to leave but no transfer was given. He was ready to work in any small firm but he is stuck now.

Don't work here it's my request don't go just for names go for your comfort because you have to spent 2-3 years in that firm.
Don't spoil you career.

Worst place to work.
Worst of services, they don't even know modern audit automation tools.
People are worst there specially you will see tarka rakshasee named PJ

NO transfer, no industrial training, Low/No stipend, NO learning, Toxic work environment, Articleship extension, They dont even register you.they have a notice period of 2 months for articles also.

Worst Place for articleship.even for CA freshers too the firm is not good. Managers are worst they dont know what they are doing all day. I dont understand why this firm is among top 10 CA firms?

One of my friend working over there and had a bad experience, totally disappointed staff and unethical too, they just tend to demotivate new joiners and always wanted to get the upper hand on them, and even after knowing the unethical culture prevailing over there, the management doesn’t do anything about the same, it’s a shame on such a CA firm who just harass ignorant employee and doesn’t really care about anything else.

Worst company, my sister just joined this firm as a qualified ca (fresher). And every one including all the seniors and staff of the office is treating so bad, all the colleagues taunting her, bullying her. No one help her in work. None of the senior guided her as its a new work environment for her. Even her colleagues jealous nd taunting her bcs company allotted her a new laptop, why they taunting to her why not they talk to management of company for providing them new laptops. Very cheap mentality of employees. Ca is one of the professional course nd this type of behaviour in any big firm by employees is totally unacceptable. And i don't think my sister deserve this type of depressed environment in her office. If this is the best firm so i guess it saying this firm is best is just the insult. Its the worst firm nd if they kept their work environment for freshers like this so this company will sure gonna be closed for sure.
