Went in for a hair wash and blow dry, did not have a great experience here.
Firstly, the height of the chair attached to the shampoo basin was not adjustable, making it super uncomfortable. I'm a regular at Geetanjali salons and have never faced this issue there.
Secondly, they tried to pass off multiple products as hair protection serums when they did not have any. It was annoying to be treated like a fool, with them assuming that the customer could be taken for a ride. When I insisted on reading the contents of the product, the hairstylist almost mocked me.
Thirdly, it was very difficult communicating with the hairstylist. I went in for a simple hair wash and blow dry and wanted a natural, slightly straightened hair look. It was difficult to make the hairstylist understand this. He first objected at the straightened part, which was justified as a customer may have been expecting use of a straightening rod (I was not, I only wanted simple straightening using the hair dryer.) Then the hairstylist went ahead and started curling my hair using the straightening rod! It was bizzare. By then, both the hairstylist and I were visibly annoyed. The hairstylist was kind enough to ultimately straighten my hair and the ultimate look was good (hence the two stars), but it was a very stressful experience.

I was here on business and came for full body massage and the gentleman hairdresser suggested a morrocan oil hair treatment. Really lovely hospitality, the head massage and hair treatment was the best I ever had and the massage was also wonderful. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommended for all your hair and beauty treatment needs when in Aerocity

Ya it's great to be there i am just going for normal blowdry n wash n seriously really like there work.
