Went there for my wife HD make up, service is satisfactory but worst ambience, no privacy, male staff entering female separate styling rooms didn't expect at all. Although I got to know about it after few days. Kindly don't believe on staffs or receptionist manager. BIG NO to looks.

Very poor service. Beware of the products being used. Use low quality products instead of the product you are paying for. Disappointed twice. Will not go again.

Ankur being the phenomenal person who does a great pedicure here at the saloon. I’m very impressed with his behaviour and soft spoken nature.

Also Waseem ji who’s been forever kind & gentle person helps me for my hair and trust me he’s the best one for it. I would highly recommend you to trust him for your hair.

I visit here quite often, be it for hair trimming, highlights, smoothening or any other hair treatment or spa services. Looks, Shanti vihar has always met my expectations. I have been visiting Looks Shanti Vihar from couple of years. They have the courteous staff, especially Ankur who from whom i take pedicure and manicure services. He has good knowledge about his work and always give the best advise. He is very polite and does his work patiently.

I m so glad that I came here and some how meet with sawan he is such a nice hair stylist, I came for root touch up and he convinced me for Olaplex and hair cut all the services are so so good and the make me feel comfortable and relax ……. Hair cut turn up really fantastic I look 5 years younger thanks to sawan.

I am editing my review from past 7 years as this has become my go to place. On a terrible day, all I have to do is bol an appointment and they take care of the rest. My go to hair artist Javed gets what I want and what I can work with. The rest of the staff is always ready to welcome me with a warm smile. They never try tomoveraell me but based on what needs to be done, suggest the right treatment. I highly recommend this place for your visit and "Treat Yourself"

The salon is lovely and services are satisfactory. I am very fussy about my facial service but Anu is amazing and I am so pleased with her work. She suggests the right products according to my skin type for which I am very happy.

I mostly go to looks saket but for the first time I tried Looks Barber shop AGCR. I must admit without saying that the service offered by Manoj at help desk and the hairstylist Sameer was incredible.
I had really long hair from almost 3 years and was actually afraid to experiment and get them chopped. Fortunately, I got these guys and my whole experience is next level.

Amazing staff. Got multiple services at the salon and was highly impressed by the service quality and the ambience. Make up Artist Ms. Archana is extremely talented and is one of the finest artists I’ve come across. She’s great. The entire team is very accommodating and friendly. All over it was a very successful experience. Will be a regular at this salon from now on!

There are two salons by looks opposite to each, one is for men and another is for women. I have visited the women's salon with my friend.
The ambience was good and the staff was following the instructions carefully as per the requirements.
They have all the salon services along with that the hair dressers are humble and experienced.

Loved the services availed pedicure, haircut and facial was absolutely amazing, I am reviewing it almost after 2 years of regular monthly visit, so I can assure of great services every time, and there hospitality is also very good, best of luck.

I have been a regular customer with Looks salon but my last visit has been a terrible one. I got the haircut which was the worst cut i have ever gotten in my life. If you are looking to pay a lot for a haircut, I will never recommend going to Looks Agcr.

I have been coming to this salon for my hair services for the past 7 years and trust me the services offered are awesome. Specially, Mr. Sawan, hairstylist at looks shanti Vihar has been taking care of my hair ever since this salon started and my hair are super soft and the colour doesn’t wear out. I would recommend for you to try the services and specially Mr Sawan’s expertise in handling hair.

Great salon with excellent staff. I am coming here from last 6 years. Got my hair color and cut done by Yashin he has full knowledge about the hair and other services are also ver good like facial, manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend this salon go for it guys.

I would have given 5stars for the service, ambience, hygeine cleanliness, staff but I had a bad experience with their stylist SAAWAN because of which I am not able to give the required rating =. He's rude, arrogant and very unprofessional.

Please get your hair services done from Mr. Waseem. Hes is the best and will give you the best services.

Their stylist saawan has a big attitude problem.all other guys working there are polite and courteous but saavan is rude and I'll mannered

I took kerasmooth (keratin + smoothening) from Sameer here and i just loved the services. My hair quality has improved. Totally recommend it.

Mr Sameer, Hair stylist delievers all the services related to Hair Styling- Kera soomth, colouring, hair cut in a very professional way. His work is very satifsfying and i find him the best stylist in the salon.i have been visiting the salon for last 7 years and am very happy with the services and the warmth received.

Very good service provided by hair expert Keshav sir and Amna sir. They are very good in their servives. I m in love with my hair. Well behaved staff and proper care of covid protocols is been taken off. Recommend to all. Best.

Worst experience. Went for a clean-up they said they'll cover neck and face but forget to say that by neck they mean "till chin". Useless staff! Consider going somewhere else!

They gave 3 options for the face clean-up. Most expensive one is Rs. 3500 + tax (decleore brand) I chose this one coz I use this product and I know is good. They come back and tell me it's not available. Then the next one is of rs 2500+ tax (some botanical brand) and I had no other option except to go for this one.

Not just the clean-up was useless coz this girl was done in just 15 mins out of which for 8-10 mins she had just put the cream on my face, this girl didn't even didn't even touch my neck!

SOOOO USELESS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They do a LOT OF HARD SELL too!

I earlier liked Looks salon as I was quite satisfied with their services. I generally used to take appointments, especially on weekends, before visiting there. However, once I went there without appointment and they asked me to wait. I waited for half an hour but they told me that I'll have to wait for another 1.5 hours. The salon wasn't crowded, they just had a limited staff. The guys at the reception are inattentive and least bothered about the clients who visit. Their indifferent attitude disappointed me and hence, I am not going to visit them again. They indeed have lost their regular customer due to negligent service.

Came here for my hair color and keratin treatment which was done by keshav and pankaj. I am fully satisfied with the service.

I got my hair color from Sameer Ansari.
I choose him to do my hair color after reading alot of good reviews about him.
He has good technique knowledge but when it comes to practically doing it he’s unskilled.
I don’t recommend him at all.
He ruined my hair with the amount of bleach he used.
And the most pathetic part is my hair look unblended and it is not what i wanted ; (

I had gone there for the purpose of smoothening Staff member who had attended me.advised me for kerashine, as i knew about the duration and results, i kept asking him for smoothing of worth 8000/-
Well, everything went well
Within a week I started realising that something wasn’t good
Bcoz i knew the results of smoothing that if it is done once, the whole old length would be straight
But my hair again started becoming fizzy within a month
And within two months, all i had was my natural fizzy hair
On complaining to STAFF MEMBER who had attended me said that i had done kera smooth on your hair (without me being knowing)
And then he says kera smooth and smoothing are same
Bt his senior said that kera smooth has a duration of 3-4 months
And smoothing lasts for long and there is a difference
THEIR STAFF MEMBERS DON’T EVEN HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
THE CUSTOMERS ARE JUST BEING TREATED FOR THE PRACTICE PURPOSES OF THEIR STAFF
HE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO FACE AND ACCEPT HIS MISTAKE
ON THE OTHER HAND HIS SENIOR DIDN’T EVEN PRETEND TO SAY ANYTHING TO HIM

I had keratin plus smoothning done from looks karkardooma, all they did was only smoothning and charged for both.
Quality of my hair further degraded leading to hairfall and all.
Pls dont get it done from here at all.

Staff is unprofessional. They were telling me that I should wait patiently and not say a word while they talk to other people during my haircut and make me wait midway during the service. Highly disappointed. Expected better! Will not be visiting again.

Nice ambience and professionalism. The hair dresser did try to understand what I wanted and suggested and did a good hair cut, would definitely go back here.

I visited for keratin smoothening and hair colour as suggested by the rap of looks but seriously my hair looks lifeless and damaged within a week really disappointed with the quality of work would never suggest anyone to visit

Overall okay! But person seems bit like been forced to do the hair cut and attends you with tired expressions, moreover i need to tell thrice or more times what type of cut I needed.
One suggestion, should greet customers with smile on face.

Worst experience ever. I went there for hair colour. After spending 4k rupees, i am still not getting the colour i wanted. Even not close to what i wanted. I ask for ash hair colour but the colour i got is blonde. They don’t know at all Regarding hair colour

The best place on earth to look good feel good & you will be in love with the warmth & pampering, everyone showers on you. Different sections for men and women, and that too bang opposite to each other the mens section is so raw and wow, best of luck.

A must avoid due to the staff present there. The staff runs around people who tip them the most. So, pray to god that people who tip more than you don't come while you are waiting, else be prepared for a delayed service.

If you can give tips, then only go there. More preferences given to them only. They leave even leave you in between and attend their other customers. You just keep waiting like fools. Overhyped

Old brand in this area for 2 to 3 years. High rates but professional service. Good to book an appointment. I find inside air of saloon packed with artificial smell and dangerous to health. Offering a sorts hair treatment make up perms eye brows hair cut, ladies and gents sections are on opposite side of road.

Ola plex hair treatment was done by sajid and it was great service.

Hair brush was not clean, the hair stylist was removing hair from brush in front of me. The hair stylist didn't understand what look I wanted, I have told him lot of times that it's not the look I wanted for still he was just ignoring me and doing things on its own. Very bad!
