Hair colour done by Ram was absolutely amazing. He truly transformed my entire look. He advised me what colour will suit according to my wedding. I had virgin hair and he completely changed my look. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Professional services offered by Aavesh and Henry, who are very well trained and can understand the requirements of the customers well. Both of them are highly skilled and the reason I go to Looks Janakpuri.

Absolutely worst experience. The attendants never had patience to do service. On being asked, was given the reply that we are experienced and we know what to do. Worst services at Janak Puri B block branch, though. The quality of service remained too below the average mark too.no one cared.

Ram and Pradeep attended to me. I had a keratin treatment which took fairly 3 hrs. The experience was really comforting, both were extremely kind and offered their best service. Really happy with the results.

I love the service. And I see that Mr. Ram is one of the best hair dresser. And very polite. I recently got a hair cut and treatment for hair breakage and freezy which was done by him and it was very brilliantly done. He is a dynamic hair dresser. Thank you Ram

I get my hair services done from Abhishek. The products and services are really good and suits me. Looks also comes up with offers time to time so it is not as expensive as people generally perceive it to be.

I would recommend this salon. I have been going there for more than 2 years and it's my go to place for my hair coloring or hair treatments, haircut anything.and the guy I would recommend is Abhishek. My mom, my brother, we all go to him for the best hair services.

Giving 2 stars bcoz I like their make up look and hair styling but product doesn't seem to be branded bcoz makeup becomes caky on face. I am from Bangalore. This is the second time I got my make up done there as I didn't know any other place.
But coming to FACIAL (6k), it was way toooooo pricey and after effect, I got multiple breakouts within 2 days post facial and multiple black spots. The things that they used, we get the same in 2500 here in Bangalore.
Hair treatment- I have natural curl, I told them prior, not to use anything that will spoil my curls, but post the hair spa my hair looks like broom, my curls are gone and it is straight and frizzy like a broom. Hair texture is completely screwed. I can still pay for make up but Facial and Hair spa not worth at all.

I got my haircut today at a very reasonable price of INR 600, which is a very good thing. As per me hair cut should not cost above this price.
I got my haircut by stylist Amir, he did a great job. He has a good knowledge about hair styling.
Liked the service. But if the price hikes above this, I would not recommend to go

By far one of the most amazing salon i hv come across. Good service, polite humble staff and yet very good in their jobs. All the staff is very good and talented and approachable wid deir jobs. Very unprofessional people, have no regard or respect for client. Customer who has made advance booking & paid for the services is waiting, while 5 people are taking care of making the receptionist get ready (who took our booking). Receptionist was very sweet initally when we went to book the services but was so rude and unprofessional when we complained about her services being not upto the mark. Total waste of money and never going to recommend this salon to anyone. They have spoiled the brand name

It was a bad experience for my fiancee. She went for a haircut and the guy doing the haircut somehow left my fiance's piercing bleeding; both ears. Thanks for the pathetic service. Definitely not visiting this salon again.

It's a No No for looks janakpuri. They hv lost all the quality standards. Just take their regular clients for granted. I hv been visiting them from past 12 yrs but last few visits are not worth it. No branch manager to take care, just staff and they are all the bosses.

I have done my smoothening by looks in September 2021and no straight hair such a waste of time and money, very poor service, they changed alot money but they've not customer value. Zero satisfaction.please don't go there.

Its a mixed review for this salon. Many times this is impressed me with their service, but sometime it has disappointed also. When it comes to hygiene its always great. Therefore with a mixed review rating it as 3 stars.

They did an awsome work on my hairs… my look totally changed. Impressive work by Arif and ranjeet.

After checking some good reviews. I suggested my family to use this salon. My wife used the services today and the experience was traumatizing. To start with they are charging way more than any other salon in area but we were ok with it to get good service however that was only the starting of events. They took 8.5 hours to get the correct color applied.first they did golden highlights (we wanted mahogany) then it was all hit and trail. After suffering for 8.5 hours we thought they will atleast make up to us in compensation but they simply denied. When we stated that after these services who will visit and they were noth even bothered. So please never ever use this salon go to geetanjli studio in janakpuri it is far far better
