I got gel paint done at Looks Pitampura from sheenu for 1100/- n it wasn’t worth a penny…. Pathetic service by them used old and dried nail paint even after that there was no acceptance she was trying to put it on the customer… they have lost there old customer

The services are good, but management could do better. I booked my pre bridal package, nobody called me to follow up or book an appointment for the services. I myself called to do some service and I couldn’t make up for my appointment, and nobody called to check why I missed my appointment. The next day I came to do the services, and I have to mention again, the services are good and were done in timely manner, what amazed me is I asked for a pack of Lays, and they came to me asking for money. I am shocked, I took a package of around 15k and I can not get a snack to eat.

Hair dresser Farhan is amazing with his work and extremely professional guy. I genuinely go to looks not for brand but for his humble nature and amazing service.

Really disappointing to go there and find out that the discount is not available when they messaged on my number yesterday saying it’s 34% off! While when I reached they said it was only valid till 12th Jan. What’s the point of sending a WhatsApp on 20th jan then? ’

Such a bad service over here. I had already finalised the venue make up from the manager named Sanya 2 months ago which is committed me at that time saying don't worry we will do it. Later when I followed up 10 times, she is telling me that they won't be doing the makeups now. Such a mlbad behaviour with the customer. And the owner named Sachin is not even ready to come on call. They are abruptly saying no to me at such an end moment. So glad they are not doing my work, they are capable to cancel it on last day also. Don't trust them please.

Never go to this useless place. They cut my waist length hair into a bob cut without even asking me in one stroke. Never ever go to this salon. These guys are loots. To use less products they will cut your hair short. I will sue them. Do not use their service. Specially from the guy called lakeer.

I went for a hair cut assuming for a great hair cut experience but it was huge disappointment. The hair stylist was rough and unaccepting towards my hair condition and hair practices. Actually they don't want to hear people's issues, only want to sell their services and costly new packages. Which is why it's all business. I have been adviced to do this and that without much concentrating on the present ask of mine. They always says you have bad hair for this and that reason. But why do they expect someone to have good hair coming to them. Anyways my advice you to visit with caution or chose somewhere else. Laser cut with steps cost 830

I would surely recommend this salon for make up and hairdo for any function or ceremony. I did booking for 2 most important Sagan and wedding ceremonies. Mrs. Indu did amazing make up as per the outfit and occasion. She understands the requirement of customer and act accordingly. Beautiful make up and hair do was done. Got praised by everyone at the function.

Pipal ke ped ke niche wale bhi inse jyada professional honge. Prabhakar se to kabhi kuch mat karana. Looks only looks for money and nothing else. Never visit here if you don't want to ruin your occasion.

It was my first visit and i am quite satisfied with this place. Clean and safe place in this pandemic. Everyone was wearing mask and applying hand sanitizer. The staff member also assisted me with my querries and helped me deciding the hair color i wanted.

The stylist was good, but they asked if I needed shampoo and I said yes, assuming it was complimentary as it is in most good salons. Turned out it wasn't. They need to be more transparent!

Poor Services. Never book them for marriage - bridal services especially. Didn't show up at the wedding day at the venue. Terrible service. Very expensive. No one is bothered here after the booking is done.

I need a hair spa but wanted a diagnosis before proceeding. Rajat one of the professional team assisted me very well, he gave a detailed root cause for my damaged hair and was suggested the right product. Liked their services.

Worst experience. All they will do is rob you. Beautician told me 500 for the servuce which i get in 500 at geetanjali ititself. And got the bill of 1400 and the service was not upto the mark of geetanjali. Beutucian jist told me the sensation woll go with time. Wgereas in geetanjali they make sure the sensation hies away. Not ever going back

Worst experience. I went for hair spa. They just applied the cream and did little bit massage n washed my hair. No steaming is given. I mean spa is incomplete with steaming.when I asked for it they said it’s not included.they charged me 1770rs.for a L’Oréal spa which was not even satisfying. Very disappointed.

U guys are downgrading your services day by day. I went for waxing even my telling her that my waxing is not done completely on my legs she doesn't complete it properly as a result I can see small hair on my legs.u guys are not up to the mark only our cybercity branch have some best beauticians.

The reception staff has no consideration for the client’s requirements. I am talking of the middle of a hot day when the salon was almost empty despite giving an offer of 50% off on beauty services.

Me and my friend got done with smoothening moisture therapy and colour respectively. Both of us were really dissappointed with the services. Neither the color came out well nor the smoothening. The smoothening came off after two washes. I went there again for redressal but of no use.

Extremely dissatisfied by the service and the salon, before starting the service I was given a confirmation that will he given at 20 percent discount a nd the lady at the time of billing refused to honor it. Feeling cheated FRAUDS

The hairstylists at pitampura branch are not at all professional. No understanding of what shade of color to be used. They applied the color first time and then realized that its too dark. To normalize it they applied the color again. Which went wrong again. Hair cutting was bizzare. They called me 2nd time. They staff just did it for the sake of doing it. Finished it in 5 minutes and I was asked to leave and come again for the third time.

Visuted for engagement and party makeup. They were very receptive and accomodating to our requirements. Makeup and hairstyle looked just as we wanted!
