I went there for nail extensions. There is a guy named Deepak. He does amazing job. I have been going there for 5 years now.

This is my go to Salon for every tiny bit. Deepak and Meena are a great Nails team. I have never been able to find a replacement to him for the last 5-6 years. Must try once!

Its been a year that I have been going to the salon. I usually take service like facial waxing and pedicure. Amongst the staff you can totally rely on Sheeba and for hair spa and pedicure nobody is better than Ramjas. Literally the salon is running on these two person. I would never go back there if these two leave the salon. Services are a bit pricey but both of them make the experience worthwhile.

I visit looks salon regularly for getting my Beauty and hair services and must say it provides really gud services. I get my hair services done from Ajay who is v gud and professional in his approach. He will guide u properly and really understands ur hair needs. For beauty i get my service done from Babita who is also a through professional.all in all a great service.

Ajay and Vishal both do a fantastic job in their field. You can trust them completely for any hair related and pedicure and manicure related procedures. Kudos to them! I wish them more success in their career!

Mr Mobin was very professional at his work and equally understands the requirement for cut put forward by its customers.

Horrible management.my sister went here to get hair coloured. She was told Rs4000 will be charged. However, they asked her to pay 9k after the whole process. Keep in mind she is just a student and the person doing her hair said he changed the brand that's why it was expensive. She wasn't even informed. Later they made her pay 7k.

Horrible service. Greedy management.

This was my 1st great experience at Looks Salon sector 5 Dwarka, wonderful customer service by staff specially manager Asim ji was very curtious.

I have been to sec 5 Dwarka Looks for almost 2-3 times now for hair colour services. Ajay gave a genuine and good advice for hair care and the services were satisfactory as well.

Worst experience. They don't know how to make colours I ask for greyish ash blonde and they colours my hair as usual goldel (yellow).

WORST EXPERIENCE. WORST SERVICES. AND JUST KNOW HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS OR CLIENTS. DONT HAVE BASIC MANNERS TO TALK TO ANYBODY. THEY THINK THEY ARE THE SO CALLED OWNERS AND CAN DO ANYTHING OR TREAT ANYBODY IN ANY MANNER. FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION. WORST PEOPLE WITH WORST STAFF N WORST SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS.

I am really happy with looks services.
Specially Mr Mobin understood very well my requirements and did grooming accordingly.

Visited the salon for party makeup for my sister - the artist Ms Shilpa did the makeup and it turned out very well. Received several compliments and the makeup stayed intact throughout the event. Recommend Ms Shilpa for makeup services.

It follows the same working fashion as any other looks saloon do. Services are costly which proportionate to the ambience given to visitors. Skill set is good but you can get your choice work only when you intervene & guide them. Else they'll follow the best way to reduce their working time.

Usually a good place but last time had a bad experience. My experience of hair cut and hair colour with Ashok was not very good. Certainly not worth about 2k which I paid for this job.

Ask for Arman here.you won't be disappointed. Also, he works at the Vegas mall branch but comes here when needed

Everytime I go there thinking maybe the last stylist wasn't an expert, maybe this time I will get a good hair cut and eventually I come back with disappointment again. I am done giving benefit of doubt to Looks now. Will change from next time onwards.

Worst Looks salon I've been to, the barber was confused as to how to cut my hair, I have normal straight hair, not curly, not anything else. The barber managed to mess that up too. I had to go to a different salon to get my hair done properly. To top that, there's this receptionist who thinks she's some supermodel (she's far from it) and check you out to see if you are wearing clothes suitable for their establishment. Girl, you are a receptionist, not the owner, so act like one. I wouldn't even accept this rude behaviour from the owner.

In times of covid, it really felt safe getting there. Felt comfortable and all services were good️

They don't respect pre booked appointments. I had to wait more than 45 min despite I already booked and confirmed the appointment. Bad experience.in future will try different branch

3 rd class salon only owner over there is simple humble and good, the people of a salon makes a salon good or bad and that what's its here, after lockdown its open in d 21 mall staff was good and fan but after November service is fine but staff on the reception is pathetic they even forget what's your number and how much is the total of your points and a TV issue I personally faced over there which I ton not like at all. Due to their staff I have not gone when looks 32% offer was going on.

Very very expensive, 450/- for a haircut and 250/- for a simple beard trim. Including shampoo the cost was around 850/-, for getting a haircut this is insane. Please only go here if you have too much money to spend.

The infamous looks after all is a Franchisee business. I don't have any issues with the ambience and the feel of the place. I feel like the place is slightly expensive given the knowledge of some of the hairdressers. I like my hair dresser mostly but the professionalism part could have been better. People openly abuse and disrupt the peace that is required. It'll be nice for the management to evaluate these factors periodically.

Got fantastic haircut.happy with all the arrangement like they r sanitizing ol chair after each clients specially the managers were amazing keeping eye on everything.and perfectly maintaining ol covid norms.safe to visit

It's running because of just 1 hairstylist who everyone books before hand and getting your haircut from anyone other than him is very risky. If that 1 hairstylist gets 5 stars every other person in their staff is an excuse for a hairdresser. They updated with latest trends, can not give you anything other than an undercut or buzzcut. Their policy about shampoo keeps changing. Sometimes they charge for it sometimes it's free. It should always be included in the haircut price since they are already taking a premium price for such an underwhelming service.

Very impressed with the craftsmanship and service provided. Pleased with my new look having tried something new. Kudos to Nitin.

Amazing service. For all your hair needs Neeraj is the go to guy. He knows hair too well. He will suggest the right cut, color, treatment.just everything. During this pandemic even I was scared to step out especially for hair services but Hats off to looks salon Dwarka Sec 5 everything was up to mark in terms of sanitisation of the equipment’s or disposable items for service.

I guess I had a wrong perception about Looks after my first experience at Looks, Subhash Nagar. I thought that the hair stylist could make recommendations on grooming the beard and hair style to enhance the overall look, but apart from the ambience, cleanliness and hygeine, nothing else happened as per expectations. I'm more certain of probably moving back to my regular barber instead of coming back at Looks. WORST EXPERIENCE!

I booked this place for my bridal and sangeet makeup + my sisters makeup. While make up was okay, the professionalism was very disappointing. We had to tell again and again for things like nail polish change. The artist would make us sit and wait despite we booked appointments for feb in October itself.the artist would change for hairstyles.would not listen to what you want, and if you want things differently they ll tell that you have problem. They keep selling things which has extra charges but don't do things which are included in makeup without making you frustrated.never booking Looks for Big days.can't tell small smaal things throughout on your big day.it was stressful to get things done at looks dwarka.

One of my friends had suggested me to visit Looks because his experience was great. So I visit the salon on his recommendation and I was not disappointed with their services. They were just so energetic and so pleased to see us- they saw the quality of my hair and recommend the best treatment for my hair. The results were superb. I was so pleased to be there, it was just go great to see how well coordinated the team is and how enthusiastic they all are to see their customers.while I was waiting for my hair treatment; they served me coffee and some Juices with munching snacks. My whole experience was just great and would recommend everyone to visit Looks.

Could there be an option of Zero, would have chosen it. Their hairdressers for men are not at all trained and give you a haircut of a normal road side barber and guess wat you would be paying for premium services. Im a regular looks customer of MG rd gurgaon and made a mistake going to looks dwarka. They are pathetic and dont knw what they are doing.

Recieved a hair cut from this salon. And what I received from them was hair which was cut unevenly! There were bunches which were literally popping out of the supposedly "bob cut" that I received. It must have been the blow dry or the way my hair was dried by them that I could not notice these strands when my haircut was finished.
Hair washes too are a complimentary service provided by hair salons. However when my bill was made I was also charged rupees 150 for hair wash, up and above the amount for my haircut. I wasn't told about this charge before my hair was washed.
I don't recommend the services of Looks sector 5 Dwarka to anybody!

Went to the salon for Hair cut of my son. Was informed that it may take time of approx 10 mins as they have others waiting. I said that's fine. After waiting for 10 mins was informed it's not possible today as they won't be able to do it. This is really unprofessional behavior. They don't have value of the time of their clients. The lady Sitting on reception is one of the worse at least in service industry. After waiting for 10 mins they don't have courtesy of saying sorry if they were unable to deliver services.unprofessional wanted to just encash in the name of franchise. Will recommend not to visit this place. Try some other place you might get better value of your time and money.

I went for face clean up for the first time as it was very soothing. I slept while the lady (Ms. Manju) was massaging my face. The cost could be less but I am in love with Looks with my over all experience. Courteous staff as well as superb ambience. Will visit again

I have been a regular customer of this salon. It's a good place to relax n get the services. Nitu Gupta does all the beauty services with ease and makes you so comfortable that you forget all your worries and feel relaxed there.

Poor service from last few times. I'm sure this was my last visit. Pedicure and manicure service was the worst of all. Not recommended at all.
