I had an Organic Skin Radiance cleanup done by Ms. Bharti. She was really proficient in her hand techniques and suggested this according to my concerns. Results are just amazing. Would recommend to meet Bharti if you are visiting Looks branch at PVR anupam Saket. The place is clean and sanitized. Overall an excellent experience. 10/10.

Service quality is good but whole staff sucks. They are not supposed to indirectly push us for further investment. Everybody is having their own budget to spend but these people are like gold diggers.

Each and everybody was coming to me and maam try this service try that service. I mean whole time i sat there for my hair treatment and they keep on asking for numerous services and i had to deny again and again. It felt soo uncomfortable then.you people should better know the limit between requesting for service and forcing for taking services.one lady there told me maam your eyebrows gone too big will you take threading service. I am like you better take one Bowl and then ask for money I will give you directly. And yes Nobody asked me for one glass of water there.

Ms. Shyama did my haircut.she is very skilled and gave me a very good look. I was very pleased and Ms. Deepika gave me a facial which was very relaxing. But one problem is that the salon charges extra for hair wash before the haircut. It should be included with the haircut price.

Mr. Akil did a tremendously good job. My hair looks soft and color looks great.
