Very poor service. Staff is not professional and Dont even have even basic etiquette to treat customers nor good stylist are available.dont expect anything great ist just like local shop with old ppl doing bacis cuts which you can get done for 70-100 from outside as the service they provide are also equivalent to shops of such category.

The worst hairstylist ever in delhi. They wont listen to you what cut you want they do their own and tell us this is my style. Don’t go for haircuts.

My haircut was okayish. But not worth the hype.
I'm hear with the concern of hospitality. I was welcomed with all smiles at the counter. But things turned opposite after i met my stylist. (Ehsaan)
I can surely say he's an expert. But he was extremely rude to me. His attitude was quite negative and he was closed to my views. I have never met such a rude professional. There were tauntings, sarcasms, and other ignorant judgy facial expressions. Customers would relate how uncomfortable it makes one feel in such a situation. After a few minutes i just wanted to run from there and get it over with.

You work in a service sector. Your hospitality and behaviour is much more important than the work you provide. Trust me. People come to you to feel relaxed and get pampered. And instead i felt humiliated, judged, ignorant. It's been 2 days and i still cannot believe what i went through.

I am now permanently and happily shifting to Geetanjali (Only because of their hospitality).

Got my eyebrows and waxing done by Ghazal. Great experience, quick and effective. I know who to contact the next time I visit here.

They charged 700rs for just haircut and clean beard, not worth it. If you ask for hair wash, they'll say no need of hair wash. Such a lazy employees. Don't waste your money, be careful

I have never been to any hair salon before to get my haircut, but I'm glad I went to Looks and my hairdresser Mr. Ranchit gave me the exact look as my reference.

Recently I went to Looks Karol bagh location for hair cut, they have general hair cut 700+taxes and exclusive hair cut 1200+taxes.
Guys they have lost their charm now, they focus on making money from clients, I had long hair and due to negligence behaviour of hair expert named Ahsan my hair not looking anyway better now. He did simple hair cut and asked some other person to do hairdryer then after 5 mins receptionist asked that second expert to attend other client and send some other guy.
The basic thing you all can observe easily there.they started pampering you and suggest you to take costly treatment.like smoothing with hair color and bla bla. Better to go local hair expert or general haircut from Looks not exclusive. I made only one mistake. I arrived a bit late but I had informed hairexpert about the delay.

Had the worst haircut of my life.they made my length so short that till now it's not grown back.

I booked this parlour for my engagement makeup and Reshma did my make-up, And they charged me 10k for that. Make up was scary.like literally scary (my family members were shocked to see that). And the worst part was hairstylist, I clearly showed him what hairstyle I want yet he proved that he is pretty useless. Waste of money.

Had the worst experience ever! The stylists won't stop demoralising the clients about there hair quality and growth.

Great place great cuts / style, colors. Thanks to Deepak & I have to admit my hair is hard to handle but he does an awesome job. This review is for coloring services by Mr ehsaan. He is an absolute magician. I went on my first day on reopening. He persuaded me to try something else than my usual choice of highlights.understood perfectly what I wanted as the final result.and I was so pleased when I finally saw my hair after the blow dry. I bought the loyalty card just bcz I loved the hair so much.even though I stay in dwarka. You can trust him with your hair.

My bridal makeup was done by Reshma at looks Karol Bagh and I am happy with my makeup as I have small hooded eyes but she did my eye makeup very nice I am glad that I chose her for my bridal And yes I also liked my nail extension, it was all perfect experience with looks and my makeup artist Reshma?

The worst for any hair treatment and ksome Rashi in complaint department isn't responding to emails. I always thought she is paid for helping people but must say one female with a bad attitude with ZERO customer centricity.have been writing emails with no response at all. If this is not worked upon things will for sure go legal as my and though this is the head officd I will complaint about the customer complaint being handled here also. Burnt my hair and now no help

Yesterday i visited looks salon, vegas dwarka and i had worst experience i am not happy at all i told stylist many times that i want a visible new hair color as i have already colored hair but i don't know what's wrong with me he did totally opposite of what I want.

Worst worst worst i will never go here again.

Looks is a great salon for haircuts. I always get haircuts done here. But the front desk has to get better.they never pass on the right information and are pretty low on customer service.

I am a female tourist from Europe and wanted to have my half long (blonde) hair washed and dried. At the reception they speak almost accentless English, that was already a big plus for me. Delicious and very friendly treatment with a nice head massage and the drying afterwards was exactly as I wanted. Sohni was very friendly and knew well what I wanted. I can certainly recommend this salon and I will return more often myself.

Got shellac done and there were lots of bumps and Lumps on the nails. Apologised but still charged 500 rupees instead of 700. But I still have to pay to remove it. Won't go back again

Tried to cheat me by posting wrong amount on the bill and trying to prove that they are right. Can't resolve at the salon but later on I called their head office and lodged a complaint. I got my refund back within 3 days.

Not recommend for dwarka sec-12 dwarka salon as the handlers at reception don't care about haspitality
