I have been a regular visitor at Looks Salon, CityWalk since my first visit there in 2020. Major credit goes to Praveen who's been able to tame my hair in every visit and give me an amazing look every time. I trust his expertise and judgment 100% because I know I am in right hands because of him. You just have to tell him what you're looking for and rest will be taken care of. Also a special shoutout to all the staff who are nice and kind and super helpful.

Did a hair cut and a hair treatment which was done by Dessu wow like this was the best treatment and the best haircut which suits my face incredibly. So happy with Dessu service. She was very soft spoken and very professional towards her work. Looks I must say you have the best employee will definitely visit soon. Thankyou Dessu and thanks looks.

I booked a prior appointment to the salon, welcomed by Babina, procedure of hair colour and haircut was done by Rahul. I loved how patient Rahul was during the procedure and also made be comfortable and undestood what I want for my haircut. The Salon is very well equipped with all the required initials. Takes care of well-maintained and neat equipments that they use. Provides amazing services. Loved to visit the salon. Firstly this saloon was suggested by one of my friend I usually don’t trust anyone with my hair cut, but after visiting there one of there staff was so humble to handle such a moody client like me I guess her name is Dessu (sorry if I said her name wrong) but her work is really appreciable so want to visit more and had a wonderful experience with Looks and the staff there specifically Dessu thank you so much. ️

I karan khosla had very good experience My hair stylised Kadir done my nice make over He has a very good knowledge about styling. Very clean and humble staff all are very friendly.

Here is the fact, everytime I go there, they never leave any chance to impress me with their work. They know their work and are good at it. Bit costly but worthy. Staffs are welcoming and cooperative. Nice ambience and not to forget about hygiene.

I find it more expensive than Geetanjali. Also the service doesn't match to the Geetanjali's. However, full marks for trying to beat COVID-19 virus by spraying the seat.: D

This salon is considering covid 19 situation in the country. They are taking all the precautions. They checked my temperature and sanitized my hands. I'm very regular to stylist Praveen who is too good at his work. Very professional and humble man.

At the first place, I was informed incorrectly by reception lady that my usual man (Alex) for services was not available and would join by 3: 30pm (lie). I was there at Looks, Select City Walk, Saket by 11am. Alex showed up delivering services to some other person after 2 min when my services were started. Receptionist never contacted/knew of Alex’s availability
Secondly, the guy who gave me services was so unprofessional, he did it so casually that he ended up with spoiler and I had to instruct him at each step. At the end it looked like I visited an ordinary road side saloon instead of a so called brand ‘looks’. My haircut looks horrible, unsymmetrical, uneven finish. Total disappointment.

Ps: I’ve been availing looks services from more than 5 years now from various branches, never ever faced such bad for a service. I’ve visited many a times to Krishna Nagar Looks for Pawan, Saket Anupam PVR looks for Babu Khan, Riyaz etc, all were comparatively excellent, off-late I started visiting select city walk for Alex and risked myself with new guy, who was a total disaster for haircut and beard trim. So annoying!

Very impressed with the craftsmanship and service provided. Pleased with my new look having tried something new. Kudos to Alex.

I have been visiting Looks Salon, Saket for over 8 years now. There is a choice of salons now but I can't imagine anyone other than Tahnee doing my hair. My once a month routine with her is a permanent date I look forward to.

Looks Citywalk is my all-time favourite, one stop place for all my hair needs, all thanks to Sandeep. He is my go-to person for any kind of haircut / color / experiment I am in a mood for! I don’t normally trust anybody with my hair but he has a great sense of style and always knows what’s right for me! I cant recall how many years I only and only go to Sandeep for my hair needs.whether its getting a spa treatment done or upgrading my style! The overall ambience, service and staff at this Looks is by far the best! I always leave the salon with a huge smile

Got my haircut and beard styling by Sameer. Hes excellent with hairstyles and beard styling. Hes precise n quick. Have been regular with him since ive visited looks.

Amazing place to get a haircut at. Specially from tahnee. Been living in banglore since 2 years now but whenever I come back to Delhi I go to her for my haircuts. She is so skilled and knowledgeable at her work. It always amazes me how she knows how to shape my hair according to my current beard style perfectly. Keep up the amazing work. Shall get another trim once I'm back

The salon is placed very well in terms of location, well maintained with very warm & welcoming staff member, one of them is Tahnee who i guess is d best and is seen there most of the time, she would find out what exactly will giv u d best look & what we actually want at the same time wont push u for any extra services until required.

I will not recommend to anyone as they are making fools to public, just for hair trim and hair wash they charged me INR 1400
