Makeup done by makeup artist Deepa
was just awesome. She made my both important days (engagement and marriage).
She did best makeup according to my face.
And last looks team is brilliant including hairdresser and supporting.

I recently had a haircut and initially discussed the desired style with the hairdresser, who agreed. However, the final result was quite different from what was expected, leading to a rather disappointing experience.

My experience was really bad. I asked for a haircut, and no, not a designer or fancy haircut just little trimming. And let me tell you this beforehand, I have super curly hair so the barber I usually go to actually straighten up my hair first then cut it, just to avoid uneven cutting because of the curls. Here, the barber didn't straighten up my hair, just trimmed it a little and within 10mins. And they charged me 900rs. The price was not reasonable at all. Anyone would be stupid enough to pay this much amount for this kind of haircut. The lady at the counter said wash is included that's why it's 900 but I didn't ask for hair wash, so shouldn't I get some off. Definitely won't recommend anyone to go there. So unreasonable pricing.

Me and my sisters have been visiting looks for past 3 year. They have professional staff like lucky and his assistants who are very corporate and expert at there work.
But if you are going there to get some minimal services, be ware of some snide comments and sarcastic smile by there management staff. We faced the same issue due to which we didn't visited the place for almost an year.
If you are high billable client this is the best place for you. And if you are looking for some minimal services go there only if you can handle snide comments.

Staff only concerned about making money.a) they do pathetic pedicure b) the will lie to your face about the points accumulation and it’s redemption. Services concentrated on Money making not customer satisfaction.

Akram was serving me, I had a nail appointment with him. He was amazing with what he does. Would highly recommend everyone to go there. Staffs are super friendly and professional.

I had taken keratin treatment two months back, for shoulder length hair, charged 6k, started having severe hairfall post treatment, texture has been detoriating, using shampoo purchased from them.
I really doubt their product quality.
Check before going for their services.
I wouldn't recommend.

Yaah.it was nice exprnc nd staff also good each n every aspect.environment was calming.apart from that my csn faced bad experience bcz she went there n smoothens her hair with loreal n she maintains her hair very properly as they said bt after 10 days, she washed her hair at home n she also used loreal products from their store.after washing her hair she noticed that her middle portion of hair smoothens jst vanished n she totally shocked.now what she can do with her hair.she paid for this service arround 6000 n bought shampoo conditioner serum 1999 more from their store.they said tht its permanent. I feel so weird.

Actually this is Habibs Saloon at V3S Mall, thik thak hai, but rates are too high but chalta hai if u get here services that is good.kyuki Mall hai toh service charge Banta hai.here u get discount jo kabhi kabar season me de dete hai.overall thik thak hai. I went there for Cutting and shaving.

Amazing experience. Beautician Pinky was the best, humble nature and very experienced. Definitely visiting again and will recommend my friends too.

Worst experience people go there and pay that much to get the best services but not happy with the work I got my eyebrows done, didn't notice at that time but after when I looked carefully i saw my both eyebrows shape is different, they don't know what perfect eyebrow looks like and how to make them. They just do the chikni chupdi baatein to connect to customer but your work make connection with client not your tongue.

DESTROYED MY EYEBROWS AND SKIN-
Got my eyebrows done for the first time here, i wish i could ask the lady’s name so i would have posted here publicly how unprofessional she is at work. She literally gave so many scratches on my skin it was bleeding above eyes and its been a week and those scars are now rigid it will take approx a month or more for them to get cured. And the lady who did this to me had audacity to tell me its ok it happens. LOOKS dont play with our Skin by hiring these lady’s who dont even know how to work properly with thread while doing brows. PATHETIC SERVICE BY THAT EMPLOYEE and because of her, NEVER VISITING AND RECOMMENDING TO ANYBODY.

I had my hair treatment from thevstylist Lucky and I loved it. It is not my first time, I have been coming to Looks V3S from the past 5 years and its always been amazing. Lucky is such professional that he would give you all the right advice regarding your hair. Highly recommended.

Absolute disaster. The dude working there has a lot of theoretical knowledge but absolutely 0 when it comes to practical results. I went their to get a hair color. First I had to visit 3 times. Coz in the first time he literally went without even checking results the new comers or helpers did whatever they cud and the results were horrible I went again to get it corrected the next day it looked fine as long I was in the salon and once I stepped out it wasn't grey it was golden and brown and white but not grey for sure I had to visit again and get it corrected this time I told them to do any dark color because clearly they didn't know how to do grey hair. In addition to this they kept saying indian hair isn't good for grey hair whereas literally so many of my friends has got grey hair. He threw a lot of random facts to me but nothing matters if they can't get the results. Then I got a hair cut coz I didn't have time to visit another salon and trust me they charged 400 for that haircut and literally I get it trimmed way better at 100. So nothing was good. Everything a disaster. Never visiting looks again neither of there branches after this experience. Horrible and pathetic plz save your money and dont go to get anything done. Coz they will sound like they know it all but in reality no results just lip service.

I took my mother and sister for offering them relaxing time. And I am glad they had a great time. Varun was too good while offering hair spa and Anas off course is too good at his work.

Will plan a visit soon. Rest I feel reception people need to be more polite. Not sure if she owns the place or manage it

I have been visiting looks ever since it opened up at V3S Mall. Last week I went to Looks V3S mall for pedicure and facial along with my mother. Today, almost after a week Pinky- a beautician who did my face clean up called me and said that I didn't make the payment for my services. How is that possible, first of all the salon receptionist will not let me leave the salon premises without making the payment. It is so unprofessional and spoiling their customer loyalty and experience. Pinky did my face clean up and sanju did my mom's facial. As my service got over first so inpaid mine and left, my mothers took longer so she paid a seperate bill. Both pinky and Sanju just assumed after a week that i havent paid my mothers bill. It shows very poor on them and highly unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience and highly disappointing. Pinky was through out the service was calling out my name as if I am her next door neighbor.

Excellent service for Keratine smoothening by Loreal. I really liked the service and result. And highly recommend it for everyone.superb staff service by Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Sahil. Thankyou Loreal.

I have been using their services here for the last 5 years and more and each time I visit the salon, I feel it was worth it. I mostly visit the salon for a haircut by Mr Vikas who does a fabulous job everytime.

The cover. Selected the senior stylist haircut option and the haircut was done by Mr aabid. I must say, he worked perfectly on all the customization that we asked for the haircut and left the salon happy and satisfied. Would try this same salon again and preferably aabid

Aabid is very professional and too cooperative with the customers, fully hygienic place and fully sanitised place, heavy sanitisation drive was going through the day.
Manager was also very cooperative.

The highly motivated team make sure my hair looks perfect. Their highly trained staff make sure I am comfortable. They always recommend me the BEST. Rahil is highly recommended. He is creative, and 100% professional. Definitely one of the best stylists. Absolutely love my new hair color from Rahil. He is incredibly good at his work and listen to my needs well.
