I would never go anywhere but here for my hair. I only trust Rintu with my hair, nobody else. He does magic to my hair and everytime I get my hair done from here, I’m always happy! I’ve always liked my hair done from him. He’s the best for hair, you’ll never regret!

Went for a pedicure to Looks Salon. Naveen took very good care of me. Professional and friendly, highly recommended!

Martha was extremely rude and impolite. Her behaviour and attitude is not acceptable.
Ashcharya on the other hand was very kind and helpful.
I was in the middle of the service of getting my nails done and Martha asked me to get up and wait for 20 minutes as they forgot an appointment was fixed by them for someone else. Completely mismanaged and along with bad attitude and rude behaviour

Had to take out time to write this i’m not from delhi but they made it feel like home to me the place n it’s service is no doubt great everyone is very sweet especially the male manager he’s very helpful n he kept my family busy till my service was done great place thanks to the manager for welcoming us with a warm n sweet smile

Ashray Thakral was great, he goes out of the way for customer’s satisfaction. Niwas is a great stylist. Hats off to their staff

Worst haircut ever. I paid 1000rs for senior stylist to have a good haircut but in return he gave me the Worst haircut ever. All fake reviews. Never ever go there.

The terrible experience, I have ever had at LOOKS. I went for the hairwash. At first, the receptionist was not interested as I wanted only a hair wash. And when later after the head wash was done, no conditioner was used and my hair got frizzy. When I went for the payment, they charged me 708rupees (just for the pathetic hairwash) God knows what shampoo he has used on my hair.
There was no price list for the services.
Definitely not recommend. Infact while doing the payment also I asked the same thing, why overcharging for a small service that too patheic one.
Its better to visit any Geetajali salon or any other salon. Definitely not looks, especially at promenade outlet.

One of the best salon I ever had visited. The staff was very friendly and very cooperative also. I like the ambience also very neat and clean. I went for get my hair color. And i was very much satified with the results. I would recommend everyone to visit this branch.

Disappointed with the receptionist Yashis attitude and customer services. I had requested her to call me when the stylist is available. She completely forgot and did not call back. When I enquired, she gave a lame excuse that all were busy. Would like to add that this was my first time with looks and definitely the last. Poor services too.ended up paying 1700 for a bad hair cut. Pls avoid. There are better salons in dlf/ambience mall.

Pathetic services. I went for my daughter hair cut. They did hair wash and kept her waiting and then denied that they can’t do blow dry after hair cut as she had bit dandruff. I asked them then why you did hair wash that too so bad. Her hairs become rough. My daughter did hair wash same day at home too. The behaviour of the concerned staff too was very unreasonable. My daughter felt so bad. Will not recommend this place. We paid the unnecessary charges of hair wash and conditioning.
Same day my daughter got haircut and blow dry at another salon with no dandruff complaints and that too at much better salon.

It's located near the food court, good, clean place. Got quick support for styling.

I asked the bill then it was given to me that's a reason 4 star, got styling done & it took only 3 min, so the lady at a counter somehow I felt don't want to bill it.rest I don't want to comment, I paid and then I asked for the bill explicitly for my 300 bucks
Then only she gave it to me.

And one drawback there is not Washroom inside the salon … that’s really uncomfortable

I went there several times, being a guy all I need is hairdo and the beard setting but I dont think they want to entertain anyone other than the people who occupies their seat only for big fat invoices because they have always refused to give me service by giving excuse that everyone in the salon is occupied.really pissed

Not a good service, they are just for their package don't bother about looks, they recommend nothing. If you ask they said they are not doing that. Disappointed

I got a haircut from Azaad. He was really confident with his work and gave me an amazing haircut. Before starting, he discussed with me what I was looking for and then gave me his own inputs about what would look good on me according to him. At the end, the results were spectacular! I got a global hair colour and I am totally disappointed with it. My hair colour Is exact same as I was having earlier, despite explaining so much they did this blunder. And within 2 weeks my grey hair is starting to be visible again. Totally disappointed. Waste of my money. I expected better

I went here for a global hair colour. I wanted to have golden ash - dark blonde hair colour but the hair dresser put some other hair colour and now my hair looks orange-brown. I am really disappointed with the hair color, I almost feel like crying because every time the light shines on my hair, it looks orange/reddish. On top of that the hair dresser was also really unprofessional asking lame questions. I asked the receptionist to assign me a good hairdresser and she ended up assigning me an over confident amateur. Don’t waste your time and money at looks Promenade Mall, they have horrible service. You will regret it.

The store manager and the staff is often quite rude and unfriendly. They never answer their phone and expect you to come with a prior appointment

Terrible experience I had at this salon.the therapists as well as the hair stylists are highly inexperienced and unprofessional.i asked for the senior beautician for waxing.they provided me with one who burnt my skin at many places and caused bruises at multiple places. This is when their senior beautician did the job! What to expect from the junior staff

Just had a haircut.which i think is just a trimming, have asked for pricing and the girl at counter said 850 with normal stylist with head wash and 1350 with senior stylist.have asked for from normal stylist.the stylist got my hair wash and started the cut which was very normal nothing great at all my hair looks the same as before and top of it didn’t give the blow dryer.to be honest really sad experience and top of it the manager have asked for hair wash 500.in total i was suppose to pay 850 and i end up paying 1600 and my hairs looks exactly the same as before.really one of sad experience ever in my life.how do they manage to fool the customers and how long they can sustain such business.will not recommend to anyone to visit this salon

I went their for haircut, told the person to do skin fade, he didn’t even told me that he doesn’t know how to do it, ruined my hair, won’t recommend this place to any one.

Very dirty smock, dirty table n hair combs with hair in them. When I pointed it out, I was told by the elderly lady at the reception that they were so busy that it was not possible to clean every time. I paid 1000 for a kids haircut of very short hair and the hair aren't even equal length. The stylist said that a blow dry is not included with the cut. They don't even give the bill unless asked. Lots of things that can't be all written. I have attached the picture of the stylist comb scissor pouch. It's so dirty and the combs are not sanitised between uses

Very bad service. The staff was very rude and overcharged me after the services were done. Never going back again.

I got my hair permed and spend lot of money for this. But same day my hair become straight. The person who did my hair said he will do it again without taking any money has left the job. Let's see what happens now. Will keep you updated on any further development.

A little on the higher price end, but works if you're looking for quality service

Pathetic service! Went in for a beard trim last week and the stylist assigned to me did an extremely unprofessional and sloppy job. I mean i could have done a far better job with my Phillips trimmer. Firstly, the look i was constantly explaining was completely ignored and ok top of that the beard trim was flimsy and lopsided to say the least. Not done!

The curls did not even hold for a few hours. My hair started coming back to normal after only 2 hours. And I had asked them to make my hair bouncy and not let it lie flat but they were unable to meet that objective. They tried to use backcombing to give it some volume but that just made my hair look unruly and rough. Not a good experience. Definitely not worth the Rs. 1600 /- that I spent. Highly disappointing. Please reconsider your choice and do not go to this salon.

Horrible experience
The manager was extremely rude didn’t know the prices and charged extra. The hair dresser was okay she didn’t quite know what she was doing and they have really high prices for the service which is below average.

If you are not a regular, expect bad service and being left unattended for long periods of time. Would not go there again.

Excellent place. Atul is par excellent and dedicated in his work. He recommends the perfect treatment required for hair. He guided me and suggested the apt treatment for hair straightening. He assured that i would like the final result and have to admit he kept up to his word. Love the hair texture that i have now. Not only did he straighten the hair but he also did a perfect treatment for strengthening my hair. Ambience of the salon is great, the staff is very warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend my friends and all to visit this place. And yes. Atul kuddos to you and your dedication. One must definitely try this salon and if you do.then ask for Atul

I got my hair rebonding done today in Looks Salon Vansant Kunj. I had taken an appointment and need to wait just for 10 mins to get the work started. Shadab had done a great job. He is very good in his work. Thanks.

Worst Experience. Barber started cutting my hair in the most unprofessional way.
After explaining to him plenty of times what I had wanted he gave up half way and walked away saying he can’t do what I had wanted.

Luckily another member of staff stepped in and finished the job by doing a decent job.

Each member of staff should be honest with their skills and not take on a haircut if they can’t do it.

Bad experience.

One of the worst salons in the area. Pathetic customer service and staff doesn't have 'basic courtesy' in their dictionaries!

Pathetic service ever!
I wanted to colour my hair 'Ash Grey', So i went to this Looks saloon in DLF Promenade New Delhi, and guess what they first promised that we can get you the same colour as per the colour chart, and ENDED UP DYING MY HAIR BLONDE.
They charged around 6K bucks for pathetic service
They took the colour off a couple of times but couldnt manage to dye my hair 'Ash Grey'.
Please get your staff trained.
