My daughter got lot many burn marks on the face because of wax. This is so sad to see that brand like looks can do that much damage.after paying double of what non brands parlour charge this trauma on face has impacted us in huge way

Don't recommend. Despite clarifying everything, they will change the terms and conditions and then charge you a higher amount for the same services.
There are a lot more better salons, frankly I'm not even sure of their authenticity with the actual Looks chain.
The quality has deteriorated significantly over the years.

Ayush did my pedicure. And it was so so relaxing and awesome. He did an amazing job.stars for Ayush!

Great experience and very trained staff. Ali, who is my regular hairdresser gives absolutely stunning haircuts.

This salon is absolutely in shambles. Had to get 3 people to do a basic manicure. These guys have no idea on how to give a decent manicure or pedicure. They have no idea about what they are doing when filing nails. They did not used any base coat and then tried to use ridge filler base coat as top coat. Then they kept me waiting for 15 mins as they were finding top coat. Then told me that they sent someone to buy it. I just left the place then. These guys should close this place. The people working here are in absolute need of training. Never coming back here.

Have been a regular to this beautiful well maintained hygiene salon. Recently got our party make up done from Priyanka and of course she did a fab job. The make up was minimal and perfect just as we asked for. She was well on time to our venue and had all the stuff with her. Dolled three of us in just a couple of hours.definitely will recommend her ️

The service of Looks Salon is fantastic at Rohini sec-9. I don't like to go anywhere else than this place for my hair and beauty services.
Staff is so cooperative.

The make up price was very high but the products used for make up were equally bad.
They made my skin tone look darker. Ruined my look.
NEVER GO FOR MAKE UP in this branch.

Inexperienced kid assigned for pedicure. Who is not well aware of steps. Couldn't clean or message properly. Wastage of money

This place is just amazing, the ambience and everything is lovely, i have been coming for more than 2 years visiting one person only ali armaani, he has been taking care of things so seriously and nice, must visit for your experience too.

I availed Keratin treatment for my hair. But to my surprise after availing the service and paying the due amount I was refused to get the bill.

Great place. Coming here since 8 years and get haircut done from Ali and he is a great hairstylist. Counter managers rahul and garima are also helpful and cooperate completely. Great experience overall

I just love the place. I’m a regular client. The staff is very polite and helpful. I used hair services by RV and no doubt he is the best. He suggests whatever is good for your hair and delivers the best.

Worst salon. They don't have any hair stylist available for haircuts even after taking appointments. I had to wait there for 20 mins and then they communicated that stylist isn't available.

Been coming to Looks Rohini for last 1 year. They offer exceptional service and understand customer’s need. Jyoti is my go to person everytime I visit the salon. She guides me well and always offer the right advice.

I don’t know how to put it! The professional services has lost its way and now the stylists only want to mint money from customers & riding on high horse.

Mostly my experience was descent since 6 years however couple of instances most recently and in last 1 year were awful with hair color and streaking and most simplistic of things - blow dryer. In one instance, the stylist used bleach and my hair looks extremely rough and burnt - now have to spend $$$ with hair treatments and most embarrassing to put caps? While going out.

I have been regular to this particular branch for the past 2.5 years now. I always get my haircut from Irfan bhai.

My one stop for all the beauty pampering. Staff is super professional and humble, hygiene level is always above par. Deepak and Rahul are my go to experts for all hair related services. Must get your services done from them.

Hair treatment by Rahul and pedicure by Deepak is definitely rejuvenating and relaxing…I like to get my facial done by jyoti…. She is really good

I walked in, and after 10 min, a hair stylist was assigned. He started patiently, but then started hurrying because he wanted to multitask and attend to another customer. Then I was left waiting for almost 20 min, he continued to attend the other customer.

Just because a customer behaves simply, you shouldn’t take them for granted.
They could have simply told me that they are busy and I can come another time, but once you’ve accepted a customer, you gotta give them the adequate attention!

Never go for a haircut here. Firstly they charge 800 rupees and they are not at all good at hair cuts. Not at all satisfied with their services and the high amount they charge.

Its up branded saloon, price are worth visiting the place, you are in hand of experienced person. I highly recommend it.

Lack of professionalism from.the owner.the hair spa even if involves massage need to be appropriate.please give training to your staff.dont make it a sexual parlor.that's the last thing we need after spending 1000s of rupees. Professionalism and Customer Service should be first and foremost.

Wrong choice booking this salon. Didn't like overdo makeups and hairstyles. It's better to understand customers choice rather then experimenting new makeups and hairstyle on them.

I would totally recommend this place just because of the hairdressers they have, been going to this place for more than an year now and am almost always happy with my look when i leave this place. They provide verity of services but i have only been here for hair style and cut, beard style and shave. Be sure to ask for Ali or Danish. Both have excellent hair sense and make sure that you look good.

I got my hair ruined after olaplex and highlights.moreover staff is not cooprative they are tried to find fault at my side for the very bad condition of my hair. This could be my worst ever experience at looks.
