Worst service possible. Asked for a particular color with a photo reference. I was charged 8500 plus some random 3000 for rubbish Ola plex and another 800 for touch up and the end color was ugly red and brassy. Unprofessional staff who refused to refund my money and the hair is damaged. I have had to go to another saloon and redo all as it was so ugly and orange. The hair dresser Anish and manager Kim both unprofessional and shameful.

Loved the haircut by Anish, professional and very comforting. Very accommodating and helpful and with great suggestions. He was patient and very hospitable. Also clicked some good selfies, worth visiting and definitely recommend the service. Very clean with good vibes, the hair colour was so good, without bleaching. Can’t wait to visit this place again.

Experience has always been great.the staff is congenial except one issue.why do you allow clients who continuously rant on top of their voice at your staff for no reason? Like today it was a client named Sukham (I enquired about her name from reception jus to put it together here for u.) Extremely disturbing to hear her speak that way loud audible to all. We come here to relax and feel good about ourselves as we walk out.please try making it more pleasant an experience for us.

If anyone looking for a salon with genuine and up to date services then Looks salon is the best. I have been their client of gk2 branch for over 10 years and believe me staff is so experienced n talented, always suggesting me right kind of choices - from my hair colour to haircut. My personal recommendation will be -hairstylist Mr TANVEER. His work is so accurate. Also to mention Ms DILSHAD their senior beautician who leads their makeup team. She takes care of my all skin care with lot of care. And this sweet person at their reception Ms KIM makes sure that all the clients r taken care off.she s really soft spoken, which is very essential from customer’s point of view. Keep it up guys … u all rock!

Have got a haircut and highlights done today by Manisha. She patiently took in my concerns while giving me a haircut and highlights, that have totally elevated my looks. She even gave me a bonus beach waves styling in the end that looks gorgeous!

Facial was average, couldn’t read what ingredients they used.they don’t let you see the packs…the technician was warm, but have had better service, interms of technique.

Had a horrible experience. They told a price on phone because of which I booked an appointment and confirmed the price before booking the appointment twice. Then I travelled from Punjabi Bagh to GK to get the treatment done. When I got there they said that I am lying and checked my call logs which was disrespectful. I own a photography company in USA and do not need to lie for less than $100. And that’s not how a business should operate.

One of the best shampoo, service and experience of hair treatment at looks in GK2. The shampoo by Sagar and haircut by the stylist Vipin is genuinely what I like the best in city. I would highly recommend this branch solely because of the kind and sincere experience that provide.

I got a trim yesterday, at first noone came. I politely asked for the price of a trim - i was told 1200 inr. I was charged 1500 inr. However, to discover later two things they charged me for a haircut and not a trim
They also have two shampoos loreal and a local shampoo and they washed my hair with the cheaper shampoo. I was also made to wait and not shown the price list. Which i cross checked later.
All in all a terrible service where they charged extra for a trim by calling it a haircut.how shameful

I visited this salon to get my hair done by their creative stylist Vinay, who I have known since 2004. I am very pleased with the experience as always. I used to get my hair done by Vinay when he used to work at Looks punjabi bagh from 2004 until 2011. Since then he moved to a different salon and I moved overseas. Glad to have found his contact details again. He understands client needs so well and is excellent at what he does. The staff here is lovely. Overall had a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

This is my go-to place for haircut and beared trimming and Sarfaraz is my go-to person for these services, excellent expercience everytime I visit here, no complaints whatsoever

This is best Saloon in GK area, Delhi India. I was trying to find a good saloon and only this saloon were full of customers. When I walked in they provided excellent recommendations for how to treat my hair and style. Divya was a good listener and she could understood my concern about my hair. She explained the saloon itself and being very polite and professional. She requested Sarfasas to cut hair. He and Virender treat me very well. Hair massage, hair wash, Set up by Wax, coffee and exchanging my mask…I like this wonderful experience as much as I like my hairstyle! Thank you and will come again!

No Covid protocol.
The ladies at reception, wearing masks improperly.
Manager brazenly going around without one.
Many customer s without mask. No imposition.
But workers all following rules. Service is good.
I will not go back, only for lack of Covid awareness.

I wish I could give ratings in negative because that's what is deserved. PATHETIC is an understatement for the staff and this salon. People know nothing here. Sent my mother after settling with the salon people for an airbrush makeup but they did nothing of the sort (rather misled her into believing that they are in fact doing an airbrush, and my mother didn't know anything about makeup since it was her first time getting make up done, that too for my brother's marriage). I ADVISE YOU TO PLEASE NOT GO THERE EVER!
