If you are looking for colouring your hair and need a trustworthy person. Go to Anil Bhaiya in CP looks. He’s amazing with his work. Absolutely trustworthy. I am very fussy when it comes to letting anyone touch my hair. I have trusted him only. He did twice my hair Color and suggested me great options as per my skin tone. After understanding my requirements. Then only we proceeded further. He knows what he’s doing and is very professional.

Very disappointed they don't have cutting knowledge and they are cheating us and they don't give bill also, they told me 7500/- and after cutting and etc they revised price 10200/- not experience staff,
they cut my beards uneven.

I had amazing experience of haircut at LOOKS, Cp from Mohsin. He had tremendous knowledge about the hairstyle and hair texture. I really appreciate and recommend him.

I didnt even even ask his name, he was so bad. Being oversmart by trying to engage in useless conversation about dandruff 'inko kya hi pata chalega' type attitude.
Used trimmer more than scissors for a haircut. I understood then and there his skill level.
Overpriced piece of junk this place with lackey workers.

The professional named Sachin was instructed to cut my hair short, and he did so with help of an electric razor with minimal use of scissors. A simple haircut still he did a pathetic job as you can see in the picture, he has left a long strand of hair.
The damages were 944 for this shabby haircut. I need to understand how on earth does a simple yet bad hair cut lasting for barely 5 minutes cost this high?
My advice- always read reviews before going and ask for a professional with atleast 3 years of experience as a hairdresser. You don't want to become a guinea pig when paying such a high price. Also do ask for the price beforehand as they jack up the prices every now and then. A month back I was told it would cost 840. Not the case anymore.

I had a wonderful experience at the Looks Salon, CP. Special thanks to Vipin and Mohsin for their professional and dedicated work. Vipin was very polite and professional in his work and Mohsin did an amazing work with my hair after I decided to cut it after 18 yrs. Thank you Kapil for the shampooing and conditioning and for talking me through my anxiety. Thank you to the whole team for the service and I will definitely be back very soon.

Very badly maintained, most of the looks salon have complementary hair wash before haircut, they charge for shampoo and conditioner seperately. Over priced than other looks salon and still a bad service. Wouldn't recommend going here.

Bad experience, hospitality is also questionable. Lacking in professionalism. Without asking they did the hairwash and when I asked they said we will adjust it and at the time of payment I was charged.
The haircut I asked didn't get rather the hair for shorter.
I had tried this branch after good experience of vasant vihar.
I would never recommend anyone to go here

The worst looks salon that I've been to.

All staff members were looking at me like "let's attack this person to buy this product or that service". I got a haircut from them yesterday, as soon as I laid down on the hair wash chair, the person washing my hair started with "apne last spa kab liya tha", I said before lockdown, he started making fun of me. Obviously it was not possible for anyone to go out for a spa, and I'm a software engineer I don't get enough time to go out to a salon much. You should not be bothering someone with all that. They charge you extra for hairwash (unlike geetanjali salon) and still can't let you have it in peace.

After burning my 1500 rupees in a haircut here, what I got was pure disappointment. I'm extremely unhappy with the cut, I had asked for a volumised blowdry but they forcefully did flat iron on my hair which flattened my hair ever futher. Even after telling that I don't want that kind of flat hair they forcefully did it.

The staff is highly unprofessional and untrained. I would not recommend to go here at all, Better go to Geetanjali Salon in N block if you're looking for a salon service in CP.

Plus, there washrooms were so filthy. There was not even space to stand and see yourself in the mirror. Not all all maintained place.

I am a regular client of looks pacific mall but i was in cp for some work and was in need of new haircut i visited there cp branch yesterday for hair spa and hair cut. They guys are not professional at all their hair technicians are not like someone you can trust upon. They recommended me
Kerastase rituals hair treatment for the cost of 3800 wherein they just applied the hair cream and a booster, any loreal spa also gives the same. Secondly in haircut there is difference between the prices at looks pacific sahibabad they charge 650 rupees and in cp the price is 850 rupees. The haircut was just pathetic any new bee will do

Great experience at Looks Hair Salon, wonderful customer service, friendly people. I had a haircut and style by Danish who is a master and also enjoys what he does. I loved the way I looked after he cut my hair. He gave good tips to care and maintain my hair style. If you are looking for a hair stylist give Danish a try.

It's Very Very Costly as Compare to other looks Saloon. Also, the cut and services given by them is okay -okay. Nothing extra ordinary to mention. Lacking customer satisfaction.

It’s such a amazing saloon I got my hair smoothing done and my husband got shave hair cut and other services. He liked the services so do I my hair looks amazing it’s done by Junaid.staff was good place was hygiene but must say prices are high comparing to other saloons but they really do their job wisely.
