I visited looks salon pacific mall tagore garden today looking for a good haircut and hair color. Thanks to Praveen for his service. The color and haircut he suggested looks really good! Took good care of my hair. The hair service was amazing! I would like to recommend looks salon for their good service and staffs here! Must visit!

Had a great experience. Took haircut from Praveen Kumar. His skills were up to the mark. All in all, it was worth the money.

Simon and his team did a great job colouring my hair. They were confident and gave me good advice when I consulted them about what colour to choose. The process was smooth, pleasant and I loved the end result. I would definitely return and recommend their services!

Mr Tripal is a useless barber. Only trying to sell hair treatment and useless stuff. Never going to visit this outlet again.

I recently visit to subash nagar looks I got my new hair cut from PRAVEEN and really he is the best he so knowledgeable about the what the exactly customer want I'm so impressed with him a big big thanks to him he is so professional I was so worried about my hai cut but finally I got my new hair styler and thenceforward my all the visit will always with him

Totally pathetic staff. I was looking at some products to buy and i told them i will help myself. The staff kept pestering me to upsell. He said I cant buy products until i consult them. I eventually had to walk out of the store because of this behavior. I would rather recommend visiting looks in rcube rajouri or unityone janakpuri

They are just looters all there do is force you to buy their products I bought Iike few products but worthless as soon as you enter they harris you when u tell them you want to do hair spa they recommend you to color your hair they say your color is not looking nice just to make more money.they are just looters and greedy

Amazing hospitality and customer understanding. I loved the head massage. It was quite relaxing.provided satisfactory service.loved the experience.and do try coffee during your visit.

I got my hair highlights and hair cut done by Rahul. Rahul is very knowledgeable about his profession, listens thoroughly and recommends based on customer requirements, his experience and current trends. He did a thorough job as can be seen in the picture. I am very happy with the outcome, service, overall staff, clean facility and green tea.

Been a Looks customer for 10+ years. I walk into the store and BAM! Ill mannered staff attacks me from all directions. Even when you head in a jewellery store, the staff treats you with respect but never have I ever felt like a thief walking into a hair salon, just for wanting to buy some beauty products (lol, right? !). So I eventually didn’t buy. Wouldn’t recommend a visit. Ever. Protect your self respect.

I went a for my hair colour n got it fr the first time and the guy who coloured my hai was an so called head n most expert der.he did such pathetic colour in so much hurry n so uneven I still cry seeing it I hate it so much he was pathetic plz don't ever go der fr ur colouring

I had a pathetic experience.i thought its a good brand salon but its not upto the mark.i went for balayage but the result was worst.hair got damaged after coloring.i think they should keep experienced staff rather than experimenting on customers.

In July 2021, went for an haircut, but the service was not like before, the bangs the hairstylist/barber gave me was not equal on both sides I kept telling him that I don't want this and do not get this kind of look, but he said when the hair dries it will look normal, but after that hair cut my hair has become uneven and even from back it has got no shape, they were in a hurry to close down as it was 8pm, I entered there by 7: 30 or so I think the service should be such that if they feel they can't give time they should be open to the customers, I went there with my hair wash but he insisted me to get a hair wash done, and didn't reveal that it was chargeable. It was all very disappointing service this time.

Rahul is superb for hair colouring and hair treatments, he took really good care till my service was done and explained very well on how to take care. Pacific looks is my favrouite destination for any kind of hair service!

Went for haircut of my daughter, the hairstylist didn't even set or comb the hair properly after cut, just switched to next client leaving us at chair with messy hair. I combed her hair and checked for any uneven hair. Highly unprofessional. I don't recommend this service. No customer satisfaction.

Very bad experience with Sam khan. Today I got my hair cut in looks salon pacific mall subasnagar and they damaged my hair very bad Experience with the looks salon

These guys are very unprofessional.always in hurry.their services are like public service.government services.let me tell a difference.like government hospital.they don't even ask is it ok or not.they charges price of a private hospital but delivering services like government hospital. I didn't like hair cut.that person just trimmed my hair, it was not like proper hair cut.but charged full price.their staff is like we don't care.they want to perform hours work in seconds. I visited other places of same saloon. I feel same everywhere about this saloon.staff should get a training session about how to treat your valuable customers.

Went for haircut in looks which is in pacific mall, it cost me 1800 they are looting people, first they told me 1k for cut and 400 for wash but with tax n everything they made it 1800, there was nothing special about haircut anyone could have done it for 300 rs, never going again there.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long while. Great customer service. And always checking to see if I was happy. Come visit.

Vicky here at the Pacific mall outlet is an amazing stylist who know his work really well but might be the only salon that charges GST @18% apart from the cost of the services unlike other salons (get is all inclusive in the services) which might make the. Client think. Of visiting again

Arrogant makeup artist, I didn't get my makeup done there just bz of her only makeup artist available there and she is so rude to clients, we didn't like her, she shud b humble and shud have manners to treat her new clients
