Looks Salon, Defence Colony

I have been to other looks salon before and have liked the experience. I went for a detan and they convinced me to have a facial saying that detan will dry my skin and will leave a patchy effect. Now my face is covered with pimples and rashes and I have my wedding in two weeks. Never have had this problem before. Worst experience ever. Could have given less than one star if possible. Don't ever go with their suggestion. They are not concerned about your skin and are only looking for money.

I had a very good experience. Excellent services by Farah on skin treatment and Priya in assisting her. The hair carer Karan was very polite and good in his job.

I appreciate the unique perspective of front desk manager Bhaway treated well had services with Mr Ravi has the best skill of hairdressing must try visit this store.

I booked an appointment for a bit of pampering whilst on holiday. I had an amazing experience. An Alchemy Mani and Pedi. I highly recommend this service. Thankyou to the two gentlemen that attended to me, extremely professional and courteous. Thankyou also to the lovely ladies Reshma and Manisha so welcoming and accomodating.

My hair was falling a lot. Then Ali suggested me to get Botox done and after getting Botox done, my hair improved to a great extent and their fall also reduced.

Very pleasant and smooth experience at the salon. Raj was extremely polite and did a thorough job with the hair color.
All the staff at Looks is also very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Looks salon to get my hair cut down, I was assigned to Md. Ali who did a fabulous job and did what I actually needed for my hair to make it look more natural and voluminous.i loved the post haircut look.highly recommended!

Terrible experience. I went here for a basic root touch up last week. Despite telling the hair expert that I want proper grey coverage and asking him about the same before and during procedure, he did a really shoddy job and left my hair looking half brown and half silver. They paid no attention to the client's needs and kept pushing me to go for a global color or hair spa in stead. So now it's been just a week and I'm in need of hair color once again. How is that fair? Also, the guy was really rude and unwilling when I asked for a bill, which he said would be generated online. But I'm not sure if it ever did.

Horrible experience. Between Oct and Jan of this year, I used their services for threading every month and they charged a different amount, progressively increasing till it almost became double of what I paid in October (luckily I paid via Paytm so had a proof to show them) No explanation and no service card to validate. A lady manager promised to call to sort this out but never received the call. Suggest you avoid this place.

I had specifically asked for a certain kind of hair cut. However the over enthusiastic stylist shortened my hair on his own and did what he thought is something different despite my specific instructions. Never going back there again

Mr. Mukul is a true artist, who knows every bit of hair styling. Must go to him for a make over, which will pleasantly surprise your wife and you too!

Had a great experience at Looks Salon in Defence Colony, Delhi. Hairdresser Amjad gave me a haircut as per my requirements.

Worst Experience ever! Took my mother for hair color and threading services. She has been experiencing heavy hairfall ever since she got it done from there along with a lot of frizziness. No proper instructions were given for post hair color care. The eyebrow shapes have been ruined to such an extent that it still hasn't got better, even so the staff didn't take any responsibility for their actions. Would never go back to this salon and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time going to Looks Salon Defence Colony Store and I am very impressed. Thanks to Ms. Yukti and Mr. Raj for setting my hair so beautifully. I'll be going back!

I got manicure and padicure done of Footprint
worth Rs 1999 and the guys Gaurav and Shyam hardly massaged. Didnt bother to brush the hair fallen on my hands after the hair cut and applied nail.polish. The massage was only for 1 min per hand and leg.
A big dissapointment.

Perfect place for my toddlers haircut. However, I didn't quite enjoy my haircut. Tried for a haircut twice but both the times it was a huge disappointment
