Thank you Looks for undertaking our review and issue so seriously. Genuinely thank you to the owner and other staff for over hearing our concern. We understand that mistakes happen but acceptance it what it makes this industry work.

So me and my niece went to Looks today, apparently their nail salon located at ground floor. It was highly disappointing as a girl staff was poor. She committed us free massage and head wash for both of us and at the time of billing, refused. She was so confused and unprofessional and infact I am sharing the picture of what work as she done. I find that the other staff was nice and the owner too but our experience because of what finishing she gave to my nails is really poor. Attaching the picture for reference.
P. S. - look at the finishing she gave towards the cuticle part!

The address on maps points to Rohini and not Shalimar Bagh. Cost me a lot of time on the day I didn't have time.

Worst experience ever. Such a bad saloon

Pathetic place with overpriced service they charged 350 for eyebrows upperlips and forehead plus given cut over my eyebrow. Thieves

Very costly.beware.they don't tell u charges before providing services. Then claim big bills

They are very nice and very friendly staff. I like the services Amazing work done by the team.

One of the better Looks Saloon. Service is better than what you get at other Looks. Staff is friendly. Social distancing is followed. Pocket friendly. Manager/owner of the store is a nice person and explains very well.

I think they are more interested in fetching money from customer then the real quality service.
So I would not suggest you to go there and explore cheaper options and as they are not providing anything better.

I went for haircut.this is the worst haircut i have. They just want to sell you their products. The two sections of my hair are not symmetric.i dont what kind of professionals they are.
