The staff is untrained at the Patel Nagar Outlet of Looks Salon.
He messed up my haircut very badly.

Very very pathetic service. My sister and me had booked their salon for her bridal-a special day but they had also attended walk in customers with us and as a result we late for wedding. My sister was bridal, we booked their salon in September for pre-bridal and bridal. Some employee Nisha assured us and said you don't worry about your make up. Their female hair dresser is worst in her work. They done very light make up and not done very good hair style. Even then my street parlour is better than this looks salon. In Future, I will not suggest or advice to book this salon.

I have been going to Looks Patel Nagar since 2015 and it’s my favourite salon ever since. The management, the staff, the service everything has always been on point.

Visited this salon for Upper lips, forehead and threading - however this visit becomes a horrible experience for me, there are so many cuts and marks of thread.don't suggest anyone for these services in this salon.worst experience

This salon offers some great services. The staff is very polite. The owners, a mother daughter duo, are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

This isn't the best Looks salon. I have had a better experience in terms of cleanliness and other things.

Saw mixed reviews but decided to go anyways. Was a bit overpriced but the way they cut my hair and styled it as I wanted, I'm not disappointed. Very professional and humble was the guy who did the haircut. I didn't get to ask him for his name but kudos. You did a great job.

Too expensive about 850 rs for cutting and trimming. If you want to feel luxurious only then you can go for that.
