Today I paid Rs 360 for a normal haircut with a trimmer. Since I was first time in Delhi I didn't realize I was being fooled. The hair dresser was also advising me for a conditioning to avoid hair fall. And when I asked the price he said it is just 2500 plus taxes. Thank you for your concern buddy but I didn't ask you to turn my hair into Gold. I know you are doing business but have some ethics guys.

I met Mr Ravi at looks he is gem of a person.the staff is well trained. Iam undergoing chemotherapy so I thoughof getting an haircut done because Iam loosing my hair suddenly after 1 st chemo so first I called and spoke to Mr Ravi about the charges.when I told him what Iam going through he very kindly asked me to come after which I called agin to recheck the price cz I was worried about the high cost as every single penny is important for me right now.but when I went to the salon Mr Ravi empathised me and counselled me and was right there standing beside me so that my haircut is done properly.he also shared his own experiences and lenses his helping hand for me whenever needed.we find very few people who are pure hearted in this world wherein I found him today.so when god can’t be everywhere he send such great souls around us who need them the most.he at last did not even charge a single penny which actually made me so emotional cz in this hard time since the day I came to know about my breast cancer he is one of the gems I found after my sisters. Thanku sir for all ur support and motivation. I will definitely fight it out as u said and will be in touch forever.

With all due respect to the management you guy's have to spend more time on your stylist's customer management skills than training them to hound customers from the word go.

Ever since i stepped in for my haircut and beard trim the stylist assigned to me was least bothered about knowing what I wanted and instead was hell bent of cross selling.it's a part of modern day practice but listening to a paying guest should be your top priority!

EXTREMELY disappointed with my haircut and beard trim and the first and the last time i would ever walk in to this so called disgrace of a salon. If you guys cannot understand the difference between a gradual fade and just chopping off hair and beard please shut shop and just open a cosmetics outlet and just start selling stuff right off the counter (something which you guys are apparently doing right now)

I had visited for Hair Cut, Global Colour and Keratine. Extremely Happy with the services provided there. Special thanks to Raja for his excellence and the kind of result I have got in my hairs.

Don't want to give even a single star. Went for a haircut and came out with a disaster. Despite of showing the reference picture of the haircut i wished for the stylist ruined my hair.
Worst ever experience, please don't go for a haircut, the hairstylists are not well trained.

I have been regular at Looks, CR Park. All the staff is very professional and empathetic. It has always been a great experience! I get my hair done from Mohan who also manages the salon. He is truly an expert!

Looks CR Park has only a handful of hair dressers at disposal, none of whom has any training for real- Unprofessional, unaccountable and super inept hair dressers. Massive thumbs down.
I’m still reeling off the disaster that my hair looks right now, for which the staff had no remorse, btw.

I liked the hair spa treatment but I didn't like the haircut. It was so basic that it didn't do anything to my looks. My friends didn't even realise that I had a haircut I spent almost 4k but the service wasn't worth it. I don't think I will visit here for a haircut ever again.
