I am taken hair cutting and hair massage therapy i just seen hair cutting and hair massage therapy charge aslo increase according to pervious one i understand but please inform to coustom anything all services are mind blowing.

The worst experience in my life! Not recommend! After permanent hair curling in this salon, I’ve got nothing for 8k rupees except an issues with head skin, spend almost 5 hours and got nothing. DON’T CAME TO THIS PLACE, YOU WOULD GET A TERRIBLE SERVICE, IT ONLY LOOKS RICH!

It was a wonderful experience enjoyed a lot and was feeling very relaxed. Came back with a total hair makeover.

Without asking, suddenly started cut all hair to be nearly bold. I was shocked after I saw my hair style when got to wear my spec.
Very poor skills, without professionalism.

I have curly hair and I specifically asked for my hair length to be kept the same, the amazing stylist that I paid such a hefty amount for- chopped my hair to half of its length. My hair being curly, they curled up to make me look like Dora the explorer instead of the shoulder length I was promised. It takes 3-4 years to even grow curly hair to a decent length and thanks to this place, looking like a middle school girl in my mid twenties would certainly be fun.

And oh, not to mention the rudeness of the staff that just did not want to work. I kept calm and watched various members of the staff dodge responsibility when it came to even giving me a hairwash before the haircut. The interiors are the only nice thing about the place, everything else- please think ten times.

Professional services with very qualified team. I am very happy with my experience. I am a regular for last many years.

Very expensive and time consuming. I told them I just had 1 hour n they took good ten to 15 mins in taking all information on a form before a facial. I paid for 1 hour but got only 45 mins service.

Staff very arrogant and unprofessional now

Had been a loyal customer for last 8 years, but stopped going now.

Hair stylist and reception both take appointments and jumble it up, making you wait and then go away without service that too without any remorse and with loads of arrogance

A brand built with so much hard work going down the drain. Competition just might have them for breakfast. If they continue like this.

Good service provided. Just that the staff is not ready on time even after appointments. Have to wait for longer period.

Worst salon. They charge 500rupee for just trimming my eye brows. Do not get ur eyebrows or any other service from person named Anita especially because she will leave all the hairs there. They represent her as senior and more pro in the field but she is not. Literally worst service and hefty charges. Do not go.

We go to this LOOKS for more than a decade. Twice they have updated and renovated it quite happy with all the services.

It was my 4th visit n last now. I’ve experienced one behaviour of staff here in all my visits, all workers are much more interested in clients who are frequent clients or having more services. Service like hair wash is of no concern to them

It was the worst haircut of my life, i cannot express how annoyed i am of this haircut, it was extremely unprofessional and very aggressive. The barber had done it opposite to what i said.i do not recomend going here at all.

A nice salon, covers complete grooming care for men. Mr Ansari was my stylist and did an excellent job.

Very nice salon, Ask for Ibrahim he’s gonna sort everything right for you. That doesn’t mean others are not good. Ibrahim is the One.
