The entire staff of the hospital is very cooperative and all the seniors are also very good.

The facilities at Average Hospital are reasonably good, offering essential amenities but lacking some modern upgrades. The infrastructure is functional but could benefit from renovations for a more contemporary feel. Staff members are generally competent, though additional training could enhance patient interactions and overall service quality. Overall, a middle-of-the-road experience that could be elevated with some improvements in facilities, infrastructure, and staff training.

The hospital staff provided exceptional care and support throughout my stay. They were attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable, ensuring my comfort and addressing all my concerns. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of quality healthcare.

I was recently operated in this hospital. Staff is really helpful. Surgeon are expert in their skills. The head doctor (owner of this hospital) is so down to earth personality. During my surgery in OT panday ji was so supportive and positive and it helps me in relieving the fear of surgery. Staff nurses are very co-operative and staff hired for cleaning was regular and taking every single step in maintenance of hygiene.

Various doctors are visiting with affordable consultation charges of specialist doctors. Well behaved, helpful staff.

As far as the medical staff is concerned, they are very helpful and cooperative, most generous person in my opinion is OT technician (Mr. Alok Pandey). The built is nice as well as the receptionist is well mannered person and soft spoken also. All over I got the family like treatment there.

Very Bad experience.these people are greedy. I admitted my mother in Lotus Hospital in emergency.they are very careless to take care of patient they even forgot to give her medicines on time.besides this they charged for urine test and x-Ray but in actual these two test are not done.even they never asked for sample.but charged for it in bill.very unprofessional staff. Specially the receptionist Monika she is just there to make people fool.the way she talked is very rude she is just focuses on fee and all. She charged 1000 per visit of 3 doctor.and doctors are so unprofessional please don't visit there.

Best treatment and medicine doctors are very good and nursing department behaviour is very nice

Doctor rohit need only money from their patients he need only his fees 400 ripped on per visit he is very rude person I have seen in my life without seeing the patient he said we need to submit report which cost 4000 and we did and we went to visit him next day he said my grandma is fine without seeing report and he took 400 rupees even my grandma is surfing from cervical pain.
He is only sitting their to make people fool I personally suggest never visit doctor Rohit it’s totally time and money waste.

I tried to reach Dr. Priyanka 2 to 3 times and every time she is not available.poor service.and management.

This hospital are staff are uneducated and they all not any knowledge of any treatment so don't want to go there if u are care about aur patient.

Better to go any higher center cost is same but in higher center at least you found qualified doctors and staff.

Hospitality at best. Best service and ownership. Dedicated staff, best hospital where cashless facility is available. Supportive staff. Response is even faster when compared to big corporates like Max, fortis. There we have to wait for hours for final bill settlement. Here it was really quick.
Highly recommended. Fit for pocket too.

Best part is. In house laboratory for tests from skilled technicians.

लोटस हॉस्पिटल काफी अच्छा हॉस्पिटल है। यहाँ का स्टाफ काफी फ़्रेंडली है।डॉ टीम भी काफी अच्छी है। यहाँ के md सर से आप अपनी परेशानियो के बारे में बता कर उनसे आधी समस्या खत्तम कर सकते है। वो इतने मिलनसार है की हर मरीज़ से बात करके उनकी समस्या का हल करते है। हमारे लिए तो ये भगवन से कम नहीं है। हमारे घर के सब मरीज़ यही जाना पसंद करते है।हमारा पूरा विश्वास यहाँ के डॉ व md सर पर होता है की ये जो भी बोलेंगे सब सही होगा ।
