Louis Vuitton New Delhi 2 Emporio

One word for DLF LV- “HORRIBLE”! Zero customer service - be it placing order, getting your product delivered or the convenience to pay through online channels. Not a recommended store to buy LV products!

The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sleek and sophisticated interior design perfectly reflected the essence of Louis Vuitton's renowned style.

I ordered an L. E. Belt from the store, and the service was excellent, overall experience was good.

Worst staff ever especially sugam, I had purchased a product due to a payment issue they told me that they'll initiate a refund and I was promised 15 days time it's been 3 months I still haven't received my refund.

The place is really good, has a lot of variety and staff is very supportive. Please plan in advance as you would need an appointment to enter the store

I bought a belt from lv banglore store and leather got damaged in few months only when i asked them to return it or exchange it they started giving me lame excuses i think they have given me duplicate belt but when asked them give me u r contact details or mailing address they started making excuses

Had the worst experience ever with customer service. They have the worst mangement and the staff lies and keeps on confusing to protect their mistakes. Shocked and surprised to get such service froma luxury brand.

Condescending and judgmental staff. Very poorly kept inventory. Sales staff leaves products unattended on counters and walks away fidgeting on their personal phones. Poor management. SO NOT AN LV EXPERIENCE

Decent collection of the brand's bags. I found the SAs helpful and friendly. Tends to get a bit crowded.

Entered the lv store at Emporio today and an SA came to me asking if she could help me. I wanted to see small wallets. She took me to the drawers where they were untidily kept and while I went through the wallets, Ritu, the SA busy clicking away on her phone, replying to my few queries (the wallets looked old and the button on one wasn’t closing smoothly) curtly and going back to her clicking on her phone on what looked like Instagram. I chose a wallet, paid and Ritu handed me the bag without a thank you or anything. I’ve shopped here several times and always had good experience with the staff. Desiree in particular. Disappointed this time.

It's wonderful for a family type outing for groceries, a bakery, the vet, buying gifts etc. But extremely good for women who love fabrics & clothes.many designers & boutiques here, offering a variety of apparel, at decent rates.

Extremely clean and very well covid precautions till date taking care of seriously.

Extremely unprofessional customer service staff tried booking an appointment to pick up a bag, they encouraged us to walk in on a specific day without any email confirmation and over whatsapp texts. They “reserved” a piece- god knows whatever that is. They confirmed availability on the same day morning via text and then canceled 15 minutes before we were to reach the store citing “stock delays owing to the pandemic”. Have seldom faced such unprofessional behaviour, never from a luxury brand-this while being cognisant that we’re in the middle of a pandemic.

Just order online - or from the Bombay store.

Pathetic store. First you wait outside in que and then you don't have sales staff to help. Rude staff but not new for Delhi.

Paris has better collection and better staff. Maximum SA’s are rude and incompetent. I would prefer gucci anyday

Just watched Vishakha Thakur video and bad experience with this lv store I just want to remind those who working there you’re getting paid for customer support and your kindness be nice with all customer if they not VIP doesn’t mean you disrespect them or make feel bad about that

Even with adequate staff, i had to wait for 15-20 mins before anyone attended to my request. This too during covid times!
Bought a Gucci bag instead.

I recently purchased a bag from this store. I am writing this review because the staff doesn’t know how to behave. I purchased a bag from Sanya Jain and she doesn’t have basic etiquette’s that how you are suppose to behave with the client. I know Manisha, she is well behaved but that day she wasn’t at the store, my friend told me to talk to Sanya and she was making faces, had a very casual behaviour. She also mentioned wrong name on the bill even after asking my name and spelling. I saw the bill today and I’m so annoyed. Please teach professionalism.

Louis Vuitton Delhi is the worst. I enquired about a product, they told me a price and after few hours my friend called them up enquired about the same product and they told her different price which was up by ₹13,500/-
And I brought this up to customer service in India, they just simply ignored it.
Don’t buy anything from this store.

One of the staff member Lipika the rudest salesperson I have seen and she had no sense what she was talking. I think Louis vuitton needs to reshuffle their staff else they will soon loose their clientele in Delhi-NCR as this is the only store.

Wide range of purses n bags are available here. We get footwear, shawls, accessories etc in this store. Here, the staff is very good. This store is inside the DLF Emporio mall located in Vasant Kunj. Louis Vuitton is a luxury brand. This store has beautiful collection of bags and purses.

I have been visiting Louis Vuitton store located in DLF Emporio New Delhi for more than four years now and each time I happen to see some of the nicest collections. Special mention of their in house staff Mr. Hardik Verma is very courteous, helpful and carries tremendous knowledge of every product detail, type of leather etc. I am delighted to visit this store each time and wish them very Good Luck.

One of very few genuine Louis Vuitton shops available in India. Beautiful selection of ladies hand bags, wallets and scarves. Men belts and wallets available. Latest products / ranges are available. Staff is professional and very helpful. The store is beautiful with seating available. The displays of products are well set out.
