1st Class service in this area, All Staff behavior very Gud For Customer's

Took more than a month to print some ID cards and Tags. Every time I called I was given a new date and then when asked for refund they have stopped answering for the calls. They ask for advance payments just before starting the work and it’s being pressurised by them to make the full payment as advance, and then they show utter unprofessional conduct.
I made payment for 32 ID cards with the Tags in October, at first they kept delaying and what I realised is they wanted to get payment as advance and when I made payment they asked for full as advance, which had been completely paid in October mid and even as of today, that is November 14th I haven’t received the agreed product, and now they have stopped attending to my calls. My sincere suggestion go for some online company they might be more trustworthy than these people.
