SCAM ALERT
We hosted an engagement party last night at this place and our valuables got stolen.
The hotel staff refused to cooperate. Infact, most of the staff is working on a temporary basis. The CCTV cameras apparently haven't been working for a month. They tried to bribe the police to dismiss the case upon investigation.
These people are nothing but criminals and plot guests to steal.

PLEASE STAY AWAY

Unlawful activity happened in the hotel
And whole hotel management is equally involved in it.

Caution: This establishment is operated by a group of criminals exploiting the wedding season by placing impostors at events to pilfer valuables. We experienced this firsthand and strongly discourage anyone from choosing this venue.

The entire workforce is temporary, and they replace staff after each incident. None of the managers proved helpful or could identify the owner when questioned by the police. Shockingly, they attempted to bribe law enforcement officials during the investigation. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide CCTV footage to aid the police inquiry.

Pathetic food n security.no accountability towards guest.they just give wrong impression during booking then anyone can come inside n steal guest belongings.infront of security guard things misplaced.

Bartender doesn't know how to make mojito, was giving away sprite and soda without crushing lemons and adding mojito syrup

This is only an average old constructed venue with extremely high charges. The light are dim for an event, food is served cold, service is poor.
Do visit an event before you book it at this venue. Will get to know about the ambiance which doesn't level up a standard venue for wedding functions.
Managerial staff consisting of the lady along with the three other gentleman dont give respect to clients and dont want to accept feedback which is provided. They consider themseves at par with Tivoli and Grand dreams which i think are far better than it.
Kindy learn how to talk and give respect to the client.

The hall was small and snacks / starters were not up to the mark. Decoration and music was good though.

Nice food, ambience and service.
Just try having a water tap in the washroom this is India not Europe

Good place but rooms are not good and the rates are little high in the same price you can go in a good hotel

In sweltering summer the sir conditioning is excellent, good food and courteous staff makes it a good place.

I had my son's reception at Lutyens on 26th April. Everything was good. Food Quality, place everything but one thing turned off everything. The staff and management at the Lutyens is very Rigid. Considering the fact that it was a party of 250 people I requested them to please keep two bowls of salted peanuts costing perhaps Rs. 20 per packet and they refused saying it will be chargeable.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THEIR RIGIDITY

I recently visited THE LUTYENS RESORT and had a blissful experience.
It is a spacious and beautiful resort with ample car parking space, with all five star amenities like rooftop lawns, rooms, banquet halls for party purposes and corporate events.

The entrance lobby is quite welcoming and adjacent to it is their RESTRO BAR, THE COALITION. It has inner spacious seating arrangements as well as a small outer sitting area overlooking the lawn.
Ambience was just perfect. The decor was very bright and lively. They have great selection for all food n drink items.

I loved the chicken sweet corn soup with lot of chicken n veggies. Their fish tikka was tooo good.
In mocktails, their blue lagoon, pineapple sunshine and Lutyens Homemade Smooth punch were very refreshing.

In mains, Punjabi kukkad and daal makhani with assorted breads and rice were droolworthy. The presentation of food was very nice.

Totally loved the food and service. The staff was extremely courteous. Special regards to Ranjeet and Chef for taking care of us and providing us delicious food. Thanks guys for making our day special. Definitely a place worth going back.

Loved the experience of the wedding reception. Amazing open air theater. Loved the food. The decorations. The hospitality. Must visit place for the events and weddings. Or good one to host a lush event.open farm space which includes nice ambience of trees, plants & simple walls to make them look sober, unique and fabulous.
Even in night time it's ambience speaks in itself.
Proper Dj Space to party, dance & performances.
The food they offer is of something you can't even deny on a full stomach.
The menu is very fine and mouth watering. Starters are a way different and tasty.
Enough parking space is also available.
Sweetness of weather can be enjoyed there in winters

It was my friends wedding this month. The terrace is the best part of this hotel. We had an amazing evening. The services, the staff were too cooperative.:)

The place is popular for mostly wedding functions. The banquet facilities are good and rooms are good. Food could have been better. The place is located equidistant to the Chattarpur and the Sultanpur Metro station on the Yellow line.

For marriage parties and functions on good location but low maintained and food is not upto standard

The hotel is small but beautifully designed and we'll maintained. The rooms are spacious and tastely drawn. Good food and great variety.

One of my lovely place for lunch and fine dine. Must try in weekend. Very specious and silent place.

Nice and clean, large car parking space with valet service. Spacious and comfortable indoor space too.

The ambience was very pleasant and the whole idea of presenting the food was awesome. Must go for a date, or a buisness meeting

Very well kept and managed property, ideal for wedding and related ceremonies. Reasonably high hygiene factor and friendly staff.

Food was not good. The Paneer was stale and Chicken undercooked. The only thing good was the cake which we had ordered ourselves. On top of it the banquets head saying that it is absolutely fine and giving body language that we are lying. The expressions were even more humiliating as rather than apologising they were like - “this is how the preparation is”. I mean we travel so much and eat around the world and yours is just another place. So we know what is good and not worth having and want someone to accept and give a solution rather than fighting on their property. Terrible experience.not recommended

We had our event today and we were highly dissappinted with the attitude of the staff. All they say is it’s a policy by the owners. I guess the property is beautiful but a lot of negative image being spread about the owners. Everything you want is a big no “sorry sir it’s an owners policy”. I think the team should be empowered enough to take decisions and stand on their own rather than putting everything on them. We were told that we would get the hall a day before if it is available; however, the hall was available 2 Days before and they refused to give us asking for a hall rental and when we said we have a commitment they said “owners. ”. Then we had given in our requirement we would have a stage and sound system. Also requested 5KV power. Then their banquet incharge walked right at the start of the event and said we would not allow the event to start till the time you give us 10k as royalty for bringing your own DJ. They took me to reception and were quite aggressive and kind of threatening on this is what is it. And again the same statement “owners”. We had done the table and chair set up ourselves as there was some miscommunication from our end understanding that why should the hotel be at fault but I guess these guys were not worth it. Food was not that great. Not at all an agency friendly property and a big no from me for this one. Everywhere we requested them they said no thanks to “owners as per them”. But the morning harassment and stress was totally unexpected and very miserable. Please be careful while booking this property as last minute they can bring out any new policies on the name of their owners and threaten you with words like - “we would not let your event start”. And lastly, the best part was when our event was going on and the person who was handling our event, came
And said in between - Thank you sir, I am leaving Coz my shift is over. Is this a venue or a bloody house. You leave an event in middle Coz your shift is over. Either these guys are big idiots or they don’t understand what customer is. Very unprofessional team.

Beware of Thieves.
We had our event today at this hotel and was quite shocking on what they did with the travel agency who had booked the event. Our travel partner even showed the emails and call recordings of the hotel sales staff who had made very false commitments during the confirmation of the stage and right after confirmation and advance charged they changed their all statements. The worst thing was inspite knowing that we have a sound system and need 5KV power they said we just give power for PA System. Are they so stupid that they don’t know when someone has a stage and needs 5 KV power then they are planning to put a proper sound. They just took our travel partner to the reception right before the start of the event and ensured they humiliate him so that he gives them whatever money they demand from him for the event to start. Because of this our entire management had to wait as he was being harassed by the banquet head and ms. Preeti who were very unprofessional people. We have blacklisted this venue from our list and will never want to work at such a property who are thieves who just want to take money at gunpoint.

Less than Average Food, Snacks, Desserts. Pathetic Service.untrained People, Owners just don't know Hospitality Business
