This review is not about the yoga trainings, it is about their customer support.
I joined Livfitt for Pre-natal Yoga Sessions and within 2-3 sessions I had some troubles and my doctor advised me not to continue. And I reached out to the management to have a refund of the price I paid for these sessions.
At first they offered me various options like post-natal sessions etc etc.but when i decided to have my refund amount they told me that they will only be able to refund 1000/- Rs out of 2000/- (the total amount of two months classes) from which I only took 2-3 classes, but still I agreed with the amount as they told that they already paid the trainer. But till now I have not received a single penny and despite of so many follow-ups they still want me to connect with different people regarding my case.
Really fed up with the kind of customer handling they have.
Honest advice: Don't pay the full amount like I did in one go.check whether you are able to take the sessions without any issue nd then pay your hard earned money.
Otherwise you will have the similar experience like me.

I always struggled with my weight even though I was passionate about wellness. It took a huge toll on my confidence and self-esteem.
