> Visited 2 times in past 10 months wrt JioFi-4 service. The problem was related to the Dongle refusing to START/ STOP/ FUNCTION in normal fashion. Removing Battery and re-inserting it DID NOT HELP. Re-Set (Power+WPS buttons to be pressed simultaneously for 5 seconds) option FAiLED to respond. Hence I was forced to LOCATE this place.
> The problem (as anticipated) was software related and BOTH the times it has been DONE Free-of-Cost. However, my request to CORRECT this problem on my own (by downloding the software from Jio website) in case it happens again, I was told, that I WON'T BE ABLE to DOWNLOAD (or Up-Grade) the Software.

Being probably the ONLY place in Delhi to handle software issues, makes it INCONVENIENT for Jio customers.

However, you are ATTENDED PROFESSIONALLY and SERVICE WAS PROMOPT. You are kept "in-loop" with SMS informing you about the STATUS of the JOB being carried-out at different stages.

OVERALL. I shall rate it at "4 out of 5" stars.
