I went there long ago when and now there is a lot of difference, now it has been made again in a new avatar, I don't feel anything special, it is just right

I eat samosa here, the chutney was really amazing and was in traditional purani Delhi style, I really loved it

Tried samosa, kheer mohan, balusahi, Paneer pakoda. Everything was awesome in taste & quality

The real indian taste of sweets. The new and renovated shop with different varieties of sweets. All preparations are made-up of DESI GHEE.

I have a nostalgia built with this place! Have been going there to eat breakfast for the last 30+ years… whenever I visit Delhi, one morning has to be at Maddi (that’s what we call them at our home). Love the puri sabzi and halwa.
Though they have maintained the quality of the food over the years, they haven’t done a good job of upgrading the place and it still looks a halwai shop as compared to the likes of Haldiram’s etc…

देशी घी से बनाई गई मिठाई, पुरी - सब्जी, समोसे, जलेबी और मसाले वाले ड्राई फ्रूट के लिए प्रसिद्ध दुकान है।

The location is a landmark.unfortunately the food and ambience are below standard. A missed opportunity to utilise such a prime spot in busy sadar bazaar.
